This was our umpteenth time staying at this property, and once again, we were completely satisfied. The amenities matched the description, and communication with the owner was excellent.
Everything was fine. We were there for a short time.

A large plot of land next to the distillery. We even brought our dog along—it was quiet at home for two days without him 😂 Plenty to do, even for small children. Mr. Hermann gave us a tour of the distillery; he’s a really nice and accommodating guy 😉
There’s a road running around the property, but we only heard cars in the morning or when some speed demon was driving by.
We missed having some shade a bit—but the weather’s been a bit extreme lately—and in the end, we always managed to find some. There’s a pond nearby to cool off in—a horse was even swimming there…
Because of the ever-present scent of fruit, there were wasps at breakfast in the morning—but we managed just fine.
Otherwise, the stars were beautiful to look at, and we could hear peacocks in the morning.
