As of summer 2023 we have two cats in the house next to the property. However, it is not a problem to bring a dog on the property.

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The road to Ludvíkov is passable all year round. The garden is accessible from the road. The gate leads straight onto the grassy plot.

You can cycle anywhere in the area. On the road or in the forest.

There is a pond in the immediate vicinity - in the direction of Kvíčala.
water sports
The nearest baths are in the fire reservoirs in Rozstání, Chornice or Březina. Or at swimming pools in Moravská Třebová or Velke Opatovice.

Many kilometres of hiking trails can be walked in the surrounding forests.
Other activities
There are several tourist destinations in the area. In the town of Trnávka there is the ruins of Cimburk Castle and in Moravská Třebová there is a museum with a collection of oriental and Egyptian art. There is also the oldest Renaissance castle north of the Alps. Nearby are also Bouzov Castle, the Javoříč Caves and the Cartographic Museum in Velké Opatovice.
There is a fireplace and firewood on site that can be used. Upon agreement, we can lend a stove, on which you can grill or cook in the cauldron.

We loved it! The girls were really happy with the plenty of space to run around, and the facilities are totally great. Overall, it was peaceful and relaxing, so we definitely recommend it.
Everything was absolutely fine and exactly as described. Good communication, a quiet location—exactly what we were looking for.
This wonderful place had everything we needed and expected. The owners were great, the accommodations were well-equipped, the surroundings were peaceful, and as a bonus, there were some friendly cats. Nearby, you’ll find the beautiful Cimburk ruins and the Pastýřka observation tower.
Its the owners garden. But its big. There are some chickens and goats. The toilets are good
