For this reason, and with respect to the neighbours, I regret that I have to refuse groups of more than a maximum of 15 people, including children. Where do the property ratings come from?
The property is really very nice, and we liked the location itself as well. Every day over the weekend, we could hear loud music coming from the city, but personally, it didn’t bother us much.
What we missed a bit during our stay was more privacy. The owners came onto the property every day, and especially since we were staying through Bezkemp, we would have appreciated a bit more peace and privacy.
The solar-powered electricity was also a bit of a disappointment for us. It costs 50 Kč per day, charged separately for each tent. We had two tents, so we paid twice for electricity, even though the output was very limited and we practically couldn’t use it. In hindsight, we definitely wouldn’t have purchased it.
A beautiful garden, everything as described, just a few minutes from Baťák and the city. Friendly and accommodating owners. We recommend it.
We were very satisfied—we spent one night in a tent. We were the only ones on the property, and the kids really enjoyed it. The property is fenced in, so it would also work if we brought a dog. Maybe we’ll come back for a few more nights. The only minor downside was the noise from passing trains.

A great campground in a quiet part of a tourist destination. The owner was very accommodating. Great for kids thanks to the slide and plenty of swings. Just be careful with the hammocks—kids sometimes fell out. Nice fire pit, grill, electricity for basic charging, and an outhouse that’s beautifully clean and, unlike others, smells nice :) The location is fantastic—we recommend bringing your bikes.

Owner's reaction Dobrý den, nedá mi to, abych se nevyjádřila. Byli jsme na pozemku 1x posbírat popadané ovoce. Ano, bylo to hrozné u nás a proto si vaši rodiče 2x prodloužili rezervaci. A k té elektřině asi tolik: je jasně napsané v popisu našeho pozemku, které spotřebiče neutáhne. Jedním z nich je rychlovarná konvice, ktera Vám opravdu nefungovala, ale už nenapíšete, že jsem okamžitě nabídla náš vařič na bombu a konvici, abyste si mohli uvařit kávu nebo čaj. Ledničku jste taky využili, světlem jste si svítili, tak opravdu nevím, o co Vám jde. Do budoucna Vám přeju samé super bezkempy za pár korun.
