A simple, minimalist but cosy 3 x 5 m cottage on an unfenced plot of about 1/2 ha. It is suitable for 2 adults or for a family with 2 children. The cottage is without electricity in a semi secluded orchard in the nice surroundings of Spálenoporek. There is a gas camping stove, a kettle for tea, a pot, basic utensils: cups, plates, cutlery, cutting board. Nice cosy cottage on the edge of the village. Owner very helpful, possibility to arrange individual arrival, just hid the keys for us. At the cottage ready barrel with drinking water and heated water in the outdoor shower. Even so, she came to ask if we were missing anything. Evening sitting by the fire behind the cabin was also great. I can definitely recommend the place. :)

Communication with the landlords has been seamless. They are very nice, helpful, anything you need, you can contact them. They live by the property, so really nothing is a problem. The accommodation met expectations, everything was as advertised. Minimalist accommodation for unpretentious comfort - a cottage to sleep in on the outskirts of the village, with basic cooking, with all the necessary equipment, as well as sitting outside, the possibility of starting a fire. Comfortable for 2 adults and up to 2 children. I would just add that you can't get a car up to the property, but parking is within about 80 metres of the property and you can still see the car, so no problem. Quiet place.

For a longer stay I would appreciate a less open plot - the cottage and garden are visible from the local road - perhaps a few new shrubs would be enough. The owners were very friendly and helpful - I appreciated the hot shower even in cold weather:)

Owner's reaction Ano, na chatičku a pozemek je vidět. Není to v divočině. Pozemek se nachází na okraji Poříčí v blízkosti cyklostezky a silnice 2. třídy. Samozřejmě je nám jasné, že někomu může vadit, že k chatce je vidět. Pro tyto případy jsme během sezóny dokoupili kempingový paraván, který je složený v chatce a je k dispozici. Paní jsme na to ale neupozornili, protože přijela večer a pršelo a odjížděla hned ráno. Tak nám přišlo zbytečné paraván vůbec zmiňovat.
