The house has everything you need—ideal for “non-campers” who just want a roof over their heads for a while and don’t want to worry about a thing. It sleeps 5–7 people in beds. We mainly enjoyed our time by the lake; besides swimming, it’s nice to bring a paddleboard or a boat. There’s an excellent pizzeria in the village. You can barbecue right by the house—a grill is included. The owner is very helpful and happy to provide recommendations for day trips. He speaks Czech quite well. Arrival times can be arranged flexibly.

I recommend bringing a bike—it’s just under 2 km to the store via the bike path. The lake is clean and large, ideal for paddleboarding and similar activities. We’ll definitely be back sometime.

We highly recommend this place. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful—he’ll assist with anything, offer advice, and speaks excellent Czech, so communication was absolutely hassle-free. After making arrangements in advance, bringing our dog wasn’t a problem either.
On top of that, he even took us to other places he rents out and where he lives—the kids were able to catch little fish there, which was the highlight of their entire vacation.
The lake is beautiful. The water is crystal clear, perfect for paddleboarding and swimming. The kids say it’s better than the sea in Italy—and that’s probably the best review a place can get.
We’d definitely love to come back. Thank you!

We all really enjoyed our stay in the cottage by the lake—it was a great way to relax, the kids were happy, and there was a playground nearby. In Niesulice, the store is open even on Sundays, and right next to it is a pastry shop with excellent ice cream. What pleasantly surprised us all was how wonderfully we slept in the cottage. The weather was a bit on the cooler side, so we only took a dip in the lake a few times—the water was beautifully clear; we’ve never seen water like that before. Even when the weather isn’t ideal for swimming, there are plenty of beautiful places in the area that are worth visiting.
