Holiday home near the big lake Niesłysz.Our holiday home can accommodate up to 8 people on 2 floors. In the lower part of the house there is a background, living room, equipped kitchen.There are 2 toilets, shower, washing machine, terrace, garden in front of the house. The house is located about 5 minutes walk from the public, free beaches. Bed linen to take with you (can also be rented locally 120,- CZK / person ).Lake Niesłysz is located on the Torzym plain in the southern part of the Lubuskie lake region, which is part of the southern Baltic Sea region.The village is recreational and has several beaches and boat rental. The village has a fish restaurant, a pizzeria. There is a larger grocery store in the next village.I recommend bicycle tours. The whole lake can be cycled around (about 20km) on a cycle path. On the way there are several beaches where you can swim.Interesting is the town of Lagow 30 km from Niesulice with a castle located at the neck of two deep lakes and where there is a boat rental and a very good restaurant.In the nearby village of Kalinowo there is also a 100 ha golf course.Lake Niesłysz is rich in many species of fish due to its purity. A very large percentage of all fish are: bream, pike, tench, rudd, perch, bream, roach and bream. Depending on the area, you may encounter larger or smaller groups of fish, such as: bream, carp, vendace, European catfish, eel, rudd and whitefish. Thanks to the well-developed aquatic and terrestrial vegetation, the sites away from the recreation centres are breeding grounds for many bird species. Cranes, herons, great swans and sea eagles are the most frequent species.The owner speaks Czech.

Chatka, sice staršího data narození, ale za to se svým kouzlem. Trochu to vrací retro dětsví a dovolené na Mácháči. Velkým bonusem je opravdu skvostné a čisté jezero a jeho okolí. Sympatický majitel (mluví česky).

Very nice cottage with complete facilities in a quiet location near the lake. The ground floor is cool, even when it is hot outside. The stairs to the upstairs are quite steep, but after a few days you get used to it and if not, you can take it outside via the balcony which leads to the living room/bedroom. Thanks to the door, the first floor can be nicely ventilated on sultry days. We will definitely be back here.

Absolutely stunning location with luxury swimming a few minutes walk from the house. With the kids we also loved using the playground about a minute walk away. The facilities of the cottage are more for the unpretentious, but older, so fully sufficient. The communication with the owner was excellent. Overall, we recommend the stay and we will definitely visit here again.

Have a nice day, we were the first week of August, men's trip 😁 grandpa, me and sons 4 and 6 years old. Already the arrangement beforehand with the owner Darko was great. We could have arrived any time on the appointed day. Upon arrival, the owner was waiting for us at the house or cottage. The cottage is quite large, ground floor kitchen, living room, bathroom with toilet and a large hallway. There is also an upper floor where there is a room with two beds, another room with three sofa beds and a toilet in the hallway. The cottage is cosy. There is a table and chairs outside in the garden, a small barbecue. The cottage has everything you need, fridge, microwave, hot water, just everything you need. The owner is a super guy, due to the weather, he recommended us places for trips. For example, the largest statue of Jesus in the world about 15km, we visited the bunkers.pl it will be very interesting for the boys 😉 just note that it is at a depth of 30 meters and it is 10 degrees there, so dress up. Otherwise the environment is great, beautiful clean lake, they sell fresh fish at the lake not far from the house. In the village excellent pizza ( Sosnowka) and lots of options for refreshments. For us, we are very happy to return either to the cottage or to the owner's place by the pond, which is also for rent.
