“This tiny house is nestled on the outskirts of Moravian Tuscany, on the grounds of a wine cellar, where the surrounding nature is right at your doorstep. Treat yourself to a well-deserved break from all your worries and let yourself be swept away by the local natural beauty, with its picturesque wine-themed surroundings. Many a memory will be made here as the entire night sky unfolds before you at dusk. So enjoy some relaxation under the open sky with our hot tub. You’ll be just as comfortable on hot days—the house is equipped with air conditioning to keep you cool."

CAPACITY: Two adults and one child or three adults (2 double beds, 135 x 200 cm)

DESCRIPTION: For unlimited wellness, you’ll have access to a large hot tub that doubles as a whirlpool (wood-fired). There’s also an outdoor area in the orchard, a large fire pit with plenty of firewood, and a covered garden terrace with seating. Wi-Fi is available in these areas. Inside, individual pieces of furniture can be assembled, disassembled, or raised as needed. The living area features a sofa bed and a table with chairs. The sleeping loft, accessible via a ladder, has enough space for an additional bed—up to a double bed. Thanks to the window in place of a wall, you’re in close contact with the surrounding nature, where from time to time you might spot hares, pheasants, or a local herd of roe deer on their usual stroll. You’ll find the instructions for the hot tub and other information right at Zátiší. All the water in the Tiny House and the outdoor area is potable.

INTERIOR AMENITIES: air conditioning, bathrobes for the wellness area (please bring your own towels), stovetop, small refrigerator, French press, electric kettle, sink with running water (pressurized tank), insect screen on the front door, kitchenware (glasses, mugs, plates, cutlery, knives, pots, pans, kettles, corkscrew, and lighter). Also included are a portable lantern, a barbecue set, a grill grate for the fire pit, a camping blanket, lounge chairs, a first-aid kit, and an axe. The fully equipped kitchenette is stocked with basic ingredients (coffee, tea, spices, salt, oil, sugar, and honey from local bees). To keep you entertained, you can enjoy books, a telescope for stargazing, or wine-themed board games and quizzes. Be sure to sample the bottle of wine we’ve prepared for you as a welcome gift.

AVAILABLE WEEKENDS IN AUGUST WILL HAVE NO EVENTS AT THE WINE CELLAR, so you can enjoy the entire grounds.

Our glamping site is located on the edge of the U Hroznu wine cellar grounds, which does not have fixed opening hours and is primarily open on weekends. From May through September, the entire grounds are often used for weddings, and to ensure privacy for both parties, these wedding weekends are blocked off on the BezKemp calendar. If certain weekends are available, it means that events at the wine cellar take place mainly indoors and do not involve wine cellar guests using the entire grounds. Your privacy would therefore not be restricted in any way, even with evening gatherings taking place in the wine cellar. To be on the safe side, we also cordon off the rear part of the property—where the Tiny House facilities are located—with barrier tape.

HOT TUB: The duration of water heating depends on the ambient air temperature and the intensity of the heating. During the winter months, heating takes about 3 hours; in the summer, about 60 minutes. While heating, the temperature rises by about 8° to 10°C per hour. You’ll find more detailed information on operation on-site, and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

PARKING: It couldn’t be easier—you can drive right up to us in Zátiší.

*You can use the self-service bar on the lower terrace of the U Hroznu wine cellar.

*The outdoor area is monitored by a security camera to protect property, as the grounds are not fenced. However, to ensure privacy, the camera is directed only at the driveway and is not active while guests are present. Thank you for your understanding.
