No parking, camping, parking of caravans or motor vehicles or barbecues are allowed on the concrete.Fires can only be built in the open metal fire pit which is freely available on the site. The fire pit and grill may only be placed outside of the concrete area and at least 3 metres away from any wooden structures on the property.Firewood can be collected from the owner in the woods next to the property where there is plenty of wood after thinning. Swimming in the nearby pond is only possible at your own risk and only in the larger one. Due to the nature of the banks, jumping into the water is prohibited due to the risk of injury. Please do not damage the water lilies that grow on its edges. In case of pets, it is obligatory to clean up their possible extrements immediately.

Quiet place, ideal as a base for trips around the area, a short walk from Pernštejn.
Beautiful, quiet, clean place.
It was a cool one-night stand. The owner came to apologize for the techno party going on nearby, which we thought was very nice. We were alone on the property and everything was perfectly fine.
