We’re offering a meadow for rent in a former quarry, right next to the forest, with the Orlické Mountains within easy reach and incredible peace and quiet along with stunning views. A sunny meadow where you’ll also find pleasant shade during the warm summer months.
A beautiful, spacious, and cozy spot in the foothills of the Orlické Mountains, far enough away from crowded tourist centers.
In the immediate vicinity is the Osičina Lookout Tower near Vojenice, along with the pilgrimage site Dřízenské Valley (a great spot for a hike). The nearest swimming area is 6 km away (Opočno near Broumar).
Beautiful foothill towns in the area—Opočno (castle, swimming pool), Nové Město nad Metují (historic square, Renaissance castle, Jurkovič’s wooden bridge, Pekelské Valley), Náchod (castle, spa town, border crossing to Poland), and mountain resorts (Deštné in the Orlické Mountains, Šerlich, Velká Deštná, Říčky in the Orlické Mountains, famous bunkers and fortifications, charming observation towers...). There are also a large number of castles—Opočno, Nové Město nad Metují, Častolovice, Kostelec nad Orlicí, Doudleby nad Orlicí, Rychnov nad Kněžnou, Náchod, Ratibořice, Kvasiny, as well as castles and their ruins—Potštejn, Litice, Skuhrov nad Březnou, Žampach, and Sopotnice.

To ensure your peace and privacy, we offer only one parking spot on the property. However, there is plenty of space on the property for additional cars, tents, or RVs. If there are more of you and you’d like to travel together, please let us know and we’ll work out a solution for you :-).
Firewood is available; please bring your own axe—skewers for sausages are provided.
