The nearest civilisation is far enough away so that nothing will disturb your peace, and you will be kept company only by the deer, frogs, and the clams and crayfish in the stream.
There is a network of cycle paths in the beautiful countryside and also the Březinova cesta hiking trail. If you still long for civilization, the nearby Telč or Dačice can become the destination of your trip.

In the "My trip" section it will let you click on a maximum of 4 tents. In reality, however, we have 3 ♨️ ♨️ separate patches with separate seating, separated from each other ⼮ by a stream or gully, and each of them can fit at least 3-4 tents.
The plot is quite spacious - over 3000 m2.
So if you have a larger group, you are a bunch or several families,there is no problem to adjust the capacity.

If you come across that it is "already occupied", also try sending an enquiry - in fact it may be just one larger party with 4 tents and two more patches available.
The seating on each patch is ready, there is plenty of wood around.
The rest is up to your camping skills. You need to position your tent appropriately so you are not crowded, and cook what you like.
Please don't expect an English lawn, it's not in our power to cut the grass more than a couple of times a summer, but anyone who has ever camped over the wilderness knows that by the time the tents are erected and the wood applied, the grass is reliably trampled.

What to do?
Greywater (shower, washing)
- It is not possible to pour out grey water.

- It is not possible to pour chemical toilet.
Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
Only for true OFF-ROAD vehicles (not SUVs) can access to the property be arranged unofficially on an exceptional basis—registration as a "CARAVAN." 1) You can drive any standard car to the official parking lot by the gamekeeper’s lodge; from there, it’s a 1.5 km walk or bike ride. 2) If you’re traveling by train and hitchhiking, the closest stops are Černíč or Radkov.⛺ 3) If you’re into off-roading (not an SUV), with a tent on the roof or an off-road RV trailer, we can make special, unofficial arrangements—please contact us. You won’t be able to drive a regular passenger car or camper van all the way to the property. The property is in the middle of the woods, so it’s best suited for those who arrive by bike or don’t mind walking a short distance.

Right next to the property is a beautiful forest pond with clear water, suitable for swimming.

You can create countless children's activities in a meadow with a stream in the middle of the woods. But you have to create them yourself ;-)

Whichever way you go, it will be a nice walk. You can start, for example, with the former 13th century fortress of Červený hrádek, which is only 6 km away through the forest.
Other activities
The gold-bearing river Brtnice, where gold was mined in the Middle Ages, rises only 6 km from the source of our river. If you have in your repertoire of hobbies panning for gold on the stream, try it with us ;-)

Even if you make the most beautiful sticks for sausages, a spit, or a pot holder, goulash spoons, a clothesline, ...etc., please take everything with you or dispose of it when you leave and restore the area to its original condition! For the guests coming after you, it’s always more of a mess than an added value.

Our first experience with Bezkemp. A beautiful place—we really liked it; I didn't expect it to be this nice. We were the only ones there. :) Thank you—we were very satisfied.
A beautiful place with a great atmosphere; it was well-maintained and seemed to have been freshly mowed. Plenty of privacy, even though we weren’t alone on the property. The fact that it’s not directly accessible by car is both an advantage and a disadvantage—but anyone looking for peace and a connection with nature will find it here. If we get the chance, we’d definitely love to come back.
