The land is located in the village of Podbořanský Rohozec, a picturesque village at the foot of the Doupov Mountains. It is directly adjacent to our house, but you do not have to worry about privacy. Of course, there is a dry toilet, the possibility of connecting to electricity and the provision of drinking water through a canister. There is no sewerage system in the village, pouring grey (and black) water if necessary is only possible by prior arrangement with the owners. There is a fireplace including a bundle of wood (larger quantities can be purchased from us), an axe and a fork for braziers. In case of interest we can also provide a barbecue including a bag of briquettes for a fee of 150,-. On the property there is a fenced meadow where we have sheep, goats and chickens as well as a trampoline, small slide, sandpit and climbing frames, so the place is very suitable for families with children.
There is a shop in the village (open daily except weekends) and the surrounding area provides many interesting tips for excursions. We recommend visiting nearby Valeč, Chyši, Krásný Dvůr or going for a swim in the former kaolin quarry near Nepomyšl, known as the Maldives. You will also enjoy a visit to the Sedlec guesthouse, where you can have a good meal overlooking the pond, in which you can also swim. A hiking option is the ruins of Křečov Castle.

Very nice camping trip. Very nice owners. We visited in autumn and it was beautiful. Everything every bezkemp should have. A dry toilet, a playground for the kids, electricity and a fire pit. Thank you so much for an enjoyable afternoon and night at your no camp! We would love to come back.

Very nice plot, ideal for families with children. Next to the land there are animals (sheep, goats, chickens) and a playground. There is a fire pit, seating area, fire pit (free wood bundle plus fork for roasting sausages). Very nice hosts, we even got home made eggs :)

The land is in a wonderful location, which is its biggest plus. It would be more suited to the possibility of only one reservation (with the extra charge for "we want to be on the land ourselves" then the price does not make sense). We stayed here with friends and it was fine. With strangers, you would always lose a bit of privacy, because the facilities (fire pit, fireplace, play elements...) are only here once and you have to take into account that if you park upstairs, for example, someone else will be roasting sausages and your children can jump on the trampoline behind someone else's tent and this can of course make the experience unpleasant. Chickens have to be reckoned with on the property, which wasn't a problem for us adults, the older children had some interference when running around, however I don't consider this to be a problem and it just belongs to a village property with animals and free range chickens. Only with small children who are still using the grass to play on, I would recommend waiting to visit. We commend you for having water ready in a jerry can. We were a little surprised at the ban on spilling grey water, even using organic means, when the ban was still extra hanging on the door of the vat. So we didn't even look for options and took the water away, that wasn't a problem for us. However, I have no idea how the tenters do it. From the reviews we were a little concerned about the road, but it was much further than I expected and I don't consider it a distraction. But we stood all the way down, maybe at the top it would have been different. Site signage and access with longer caravans totally fine.
