Part of the garden is designed as a natural maze that children can happily explore. There is also an outdoor kitchen, a hammock, and hanging chairs, as well as a sandbox, a swing, a slide, a trampoline, balance bikes, ride-on toys, and other play equipment. The property offers many quiet nooks that invite you to sit and relax.
The garden is a living space that we lovingly tend to, so you may see us here during your visit. However, thanks to its size, everyone can easily find plenty of privacy and peace.
Although the property is located near the Malá Bečva River, it lies outside the floodplain.

Summer Party Tent! Good news for all summer visitors! Throughout the summer, a large 6x3m party tent will be available to you, serving as an outdoor dining area for larger groups. It will provide shelter from the rain and protection from the harsh sun. Simply a great space to hang out together :)

- Drinking water is brought in from the village, but we’ll do our best to ensure that you always have water available for washing and cooking, which will be provided in jugs in the outdoor kitchen. We recommend that you bring your own drinking water.

- The water from a normal wash without chemicals can be poured anywhere in the grass where you don't walk.

Trouble-free arrival even in bad weather
The access road to the site is passable in all weather conditions. It is located on a flat area and in case of rain only puddles form, not a muddy surface.
Restriction of the access road
The road is in the fields used by the largest forest tractors, thus easily passable for any caravan. The driveway on the property is suitable for all motorhomes, but the width does not allow turning with a trailer, which would need to back onto the property.

The land is located right next to the Bečva cycle path.
The flat terrain with forests and lakes provides great conditions for comfortable cycling. In the vicinity of Tovačov castle with an old oak alley, ponds with rare and protected birds, lakes with clear water and all this directly on the bike path.
fishing
A small river flows on the property, which is full of life and is a frequent destination for fishermen. And nearby is Troubeck Lake, which is renowned for fishing.
water sports
At a distance of about 5 km (Tovačov) there is a natural gravel lake where you can swim.
activities for kids
The land is especially suited for children to play in the natural environment. There are many possibilities for discovering life in the grass and the surroundings (lizards, hedgehogs, birds, herons, snails, mice,...) The "forest" with teepees provides endless possibilities for children's imagination, chases and hide and seek. In the recreation area there is a sandpit with toys, a trampoline, swings and various rides and the river is also a nice place to send boats or watch the local life (home of the muskrat).

The place offers nice hikes in the surroundings, in the forest or to the lake.

About 1 km from the site is a sports complex that offers an open multifunctional playground with basketball hoops, a green grass area with goals, tennis courts and beach volleyball.
There is also a children's playground Ostrov in the same place.
Please behave in an environmentally friendly manner. The land is operated without chemicals with the utmost respect for all living things.

A very pleasant place with wonderful owners.
A great place with everything you need for camping. And most importantly, it’s peaceful and relaxing—you can lounge in a hammock or a hanging chair while the kids play around you. There’s plenty for them to do, and the cottage on the hill is fantastic. We’d love to come back and roast something over the fire 😉
A beautiful place, an orchard, and a bit of wilderness. The kids had a great time and didn't even want to leave. A superbly equipped kitchen and the option to build a fire… it was great here. 🙂
Everything was absolutely fine; we enjoyed our stay here, and I highly recommend it.
A peaceful place with lots of animals around; hares and hedgehogs came to visit regularly :-) A great hammock and pleasant shade from the vegetation. The owner was kind and helpful. Perfect for an overnight stay 👍
