Orchard and garden in permaculture style near the river, forest and lakes, part of which is overgrown with impassable terrain with labyrinthine paths. In the middle of this "forest" there is a fireplace and a natural teepee for children to play in. On the cultivated part there is a natural garden kitchen, a sandpit, a swing, a slide, a trampoline, bouncers, rides and toys for children, benches and various seating areas and places for contemplation and rest. An uncultivated river with a muddy bottom flows by the property.
The land is quite large and requires a lot of maintenance, so we are constantly moving and cultivating it.
Appendix: Troubky is known for its historical floods, however, it is important to say that although the site is close to the Little Bečva, it is perfectly safe and there is no risk of flooding and there has never been water here in the past as the site is higher up and the river is regulated. There is therefore no need to have any concerns in this respect.

The month of September plagued many with floods. Troubles are very famous in this respect and this year water threatened us too. However, it is important to say that although the land is located near the Little Bečva, it is absolutely safe and there is no threat of flooding and there has never been water here in the past, as the site is higher up and the river is regulated. At this year's high water (which was just before the spill), the level of the river was in its normal state. Therefore, there is no need to have any concerns in this regard.

drinking water - Drinking and drinking water is imported and will be available from a canister in the garden kitchen with a capacity of about 20 litres. It is not usually completely fresh. Sufficient for cooking, but you should bring your own fresh water for drinking.

There are many possibilities for discovering life in the grass and the surroundings (lizards, hedgehogs, birds, snails, mice,...) The "forest" with teepee provides endless possibilities for children's imagination, chases and hide and seek. In the recreation area there is a sandpit with toys, a trampoline, swings and various rides and the river is also a nice place to send boats or watch the local life (home of the nutria).

We really enjoyed our time at sadu❤️. The kids were up for the fun and explored every nook and cranny. The owner and her family are very nice and welcoming. She took care of our welcome. She even brought usable water for that thumbs up👍. There is a lake nearby where you can swim. I believe we will be back here.😉

A fine place for "fighting" with children. A large number of fruit trees combined with fallen fruit is an attraction for a large number of wasps, but they were not aggressive as they literally feast here. There are beavers in the creek near the property, complete quiet at night and beautiful skies. Fire pit, prepared wood, toilet, swings and nets. Sandpit rather unmaintained and toys largely broken and non-functional. Still, the children have a great time here. We would go again, thank you!
