The land is quite large and requires a lot of maintenance, so we are continually moving and cultivating it.
Although the site is close to the Little Bečva, it is absolutely safe, there is no risk of flooding and the river is regulated.

- Drinking and drinking water is imported and will be available from a canister in the garden kitchen with a capacity of about 20 litres. It is not completely fresh, the date of pumping is marked. Sufficient for cooking, but you should bring your own fresh water for drinking. The jerrycans are cleaned regularly to keep the water in good condition.

- The water from a normal wash without chemicals can be poured anywhere in the grass where you don't walk.

The property is easy to access even in bad weather
The access road to the site is passable in all weather conditions. It is located on a flat area and in case of rain only puddles form, not a muddy surface.
Restriction of the access road
The road is in the fields used by the largest forest tractors, thus easily passable for any caravan.

The flat terrain with forests and lakes provides great conditions for comfortable cycling. Nearby is Tovačov castle with an old oak avenue, ponds with rare and protected birds, lakes with clear water, all directly on the cycle path.

A small river flows on the property, which is full of life and is a frequent destination for fishermen. And nearby is Troubeck Lake, which is renowned for fishing.
water sports
At a distance of about 5 km (Tovačov) there is a natural gravel lake where you can swim.
activities for kids
The land is especially suited for children to play in the natural environment. There are many possibilities for discovering life in the grass and the surroundings (lizards, hedgehogs, birds, herons, snails, mice,...) The "forest" with teepees provides endless possibilities for children's imagination, chases and hide and seek. In the recreation area there is a sandpit with toys, a trampoline, swings and various rides and the river is also a nice place to send boats or watch the local life (home of the muskrat).

About 1 km from the site is a sports complex that offers an open multifunctional court with basketball hoops, a green grass area with goals, tennis courts and beach volleyball, which will be newly opened this year (2025).

A cool garden where you don't get bored Great activities for children and peace for parents, lots of animals, just a long walk to the water to get tired but they did it on their own, the possibility to pluck a thorn or a piece of mint for tea and a million dollar toilet with a view of the beaver in the river 😆 for us great and we will gladly return to this piece of paradise ❤️

We have been here for the second time, the place is quiet, we like it here and we might come back again. The children will have a good time here. There is an outdoor kitchen with a water tank. If you are sleeping in a tent, choose your pitch very carefully. There is a risk of getting pierced by twigs as happened to us. The owner is friendly and caring.
