The land is in a quiet location. Access to the water is difficult for fishermen, there is only one entrance (a short distance) where you can cast, there is a weir a short distance away, the river is fordable. 😊 The land by being near the water, so for a caravan difficult to drive even in dry weather, the meadow is sinking. There are bee hives right next to the land, but the bees don't bother at all. 😊 The river is clean even for swimming.
Mowed, clean, a little wood, nice access to water.. even though it is right next to the property cottage, so there is a man as in seclusion ❤️
