Za vydatného deště bývá lesní cesta rozježděná a blátivá. Osobní auto projede, ale je třeba počítat se zablácením. V zimě mohou kola ve sněhu podkluzovat a existuje nebezpečí zapadnutí. Většinou ale není tolik sněhu, aby se to nedalo vyřešit umístěním větví pod kola.

V jednom bodě je třeba se vytočit kolem překážky a delší auta / auta s přívěsem se nevytočí na poprvé, je třeba několikrát zacouvat.

I když z pozemku okolní chaty vidět nejsou, sousedé v nich často pobývají a proto prosíme o respekt vůči nim i lesu obecně. Přes pozemek vede pěší stezka a je tedy možné, že kolem budou někdy procházet turisté.

So where to start? The path from the owner well described, it was not a problem to hit the land. We drive a VW t4 in a long and at one point I had to take a sharp turn around a metal and concrete post twice, so nothing for big and long motorhomes. The actual access to the property is a forest road so caution is needed and when it rains expect your four wheeled darling to get muddy. The land itself is beautifully located next to an older cottage which is currently undergoing renovation and with it is associated minor construction mess around it. But I believe that the owner will soon put it in order.😉 Otherwise, there are beautiful forests for walks and in the summer for mushrooms. In the vicinity there are other cottages, but they are not visible and do not disturb you in any way.Otherwise on the property a large fireplace, and a nice brick kadibudka. I noticed that there are five reservations written on the property, in my opinion you can't do that without stepping on heads. I did the math and it's realistically for three cars, but it's still going to be head to head. Count on the fact that a cyclist or hiker could baffle you, which is what happened to us, because there is a footpath through the property, but that could be solved with a no through area sign, since you can go around it. Well for us a perfect place just outside of Prague and with good accessibility by public transport. All in all there is a pub and small shop within a short distance in the village. And the owner herself? Very helpful and accommodating. Thank you very much for the opportunity to spend a very nice weekend with her. We'll definitely come again.
Land surrounded by forest just outside Prague. Large fireplace, on the land only an old cottage otherwise around the forest. No one disturbed us, we enjoyed a nice evening with the children in nature.
The environment is beautiful in the middle of the forest, I highly recommend it. Don't go by GPS, it will guide you wrong (we have our own experience 😀), go by the description of the path, it is well made.
Very nice Bezkemp in a secluded spot in the woods! There is a large fire pit, logs to sit on and split wood for the fire. A great place to relax in complete silence and darkness just outside of Prague, I can definitely recommend it.
