Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weatherIn heavy rain, the forest path is often rutted and muddy. A car can get through, but you have to take into account getting muddy. In winter, the wheels can slip in the snow and there is a risk of getting stuck. However, there is usually not so much snow that this cannot be solved by placing branches under the wheels.
