In the vicinity there is the Rozkoš water reservoir, which offers opportunities for water sports and relaxation, and the Orlické Mountains, where you can discover the beauty of mountain forests and hiking trails.

The property is not fenced and there is a railway line nearby. Attractive for some but may pose some risk and may affect peace and safety, especially if you have young children or pets. However, the land is 4800m2 so there is plenty of choice for a campsite within a safe distance.
This plot is ideal for camping, caravanning and, thanks to the mature trees, for hammock lovers. By prior arrangement with the owner, it is possible to use the private Finnish sauna or indoor swimming pool for a fee, and to arrange for shopping, laundry, water pouring from caravans, showering, wifi connection and other services. In the evening you can enjoy a draft beer and a small bite to eat.
If a larger group of friends is interested, it is possible to individually request an increase in capacity.

A great place to spend the night with children.
Accommodation matches the description. Large property in a quiet location - trains run only during the day. Great facilities for the kids who really enjoyed their stay. Owner responded quickly, was friendly and accommodating. The land is quite exposed but the neighbours are quite far away. We can only recommend it!
We really enjoyed our stay here. A house full of toys, a playground, a hammock - a paradise for children. Lots of activities nearby. In the immediate vicinity there is a train line, this can be a problem for some but for us it was a diversification. Helpful owners as a bonus. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you 😇
