Well, I guess this is where we're going to differ with other crews' assessments. We were not really impressed with the plot, especially when we have a comparison of dozens of other plots. The property is a large meadow with access via a dirt road. The problem was the very tall grass, uncut, with poorer access to the bathhouses. There is one lean-to on the property, converted for use by campers, which is certainly an attraction, but we didn't even want to wade through the tall grass to get to it. The grass around the dugout had been cut. There are two caddies, that's an advantage. The downside is the slightly inferior design of the kadibudkas compared to many other plots. If the land was a little better maintained, we think it would have more potential and the price could easily be higher.

The taller hard grass was not quite ideal for a tent and the site is quite exposed to the wind, not much to hide in. There is a nice backdrop around the dugout where you can sit and watch both sunrise and sunset. Or maybe by the fire. There are also kadibouds and running water, so that's great. It's a short walk to the village shop/restaurant. It was quiet.
