The land is really secluded, surrounded by woods and fields. It is a very quiet and peaceful place. The plot was well prepared for us - the grass was cut and instructions were given on how to get to the plot and what to expect. The owner, Blanka, provided information, was lovely to talk to and everything went well.
The property has an unconventional dry toilet in the woods behind the fence and the possibility to connect to electricity in the house (check when booking). There is a lamp in the middle of the garden which provides lighting, which is useful, and doesn't disturb sleeping either.
There is no water (or domestic) on the property so please equip yourself in advance.
We arrived in a regular car (the driveway is bumpy but passable), so fine for an overnight stay, but with a mobile home it could be really cool. It's a real short drive to Plitvice Lakes.

A quiet, secluded place. We arrived in the dark and left early in the morning, so we didn't spend much time at the place. We recommend arriving in daylight. In the evening we were checked by the local border police, but everything went fine. Mrs Blanka sorted everything out with the police :).

A place in a secluded, absolutely quiet place. We didn't meet the owner at all, but everything was absolutely fine. The property is fenced. In the middle of the property there is a street light, but it does not disturb. It can be connected to electricity, the latrine is usable. Access via a paved road we were able to drive the caravan through just fine.
