Land with a beautiful view on the outskirts of the small picturesque village of Polichno, near the spa Luhačovice, in the area of the White Carpathians. There is an overnight stay in an equipped sitting area, or even the possibility of erecting a tent. The sitting area can sleep up to 5 people, ideally 2-3 adults and children. There is a folding double bed downstairs and three mattresses upstairs. There is a dry composting toilet on the property, a shed for putting things away, an outdoor gas stove, and a fire pit. Water in barrel for now, water and electric hookup planned by end of 09/2024. Solar shower and bathing barrel by 04/25.
