The village has a well-stocked general store, the "At the End of the World" pub, a multi-purpose playground, an indoor outdoor pool and other places of interest.
There are also many places of interest and historical sites in the vicinity. You may be attracted by the ruins of Šelmberk Castle, the Kovářka lookout tower or the town of Mladá Vožice, where, among other things, the Museum of Historical Sewing Machines is worth a visit. This was our second visit, and we were once again very satisfied—it’s a beautiful place. In the evening, we were lucky enough to see another beautiful sunset. We highly recommend it for biking or walking—the beautiful natural surroundings without crowds of people. We can’t wait to come back.
A nicely maintained spot just outside the village. Although it’s right next to a small road, it’s sheltered by greenery and offers plenty of privacy. There’s a flat area for parking in both parts of the property, and the birch trees in the back provide nice shade. Perfect amenities: a table, a fire pit with plenty of wood, and, at the back of the property, a luxurious outhouse with space for a washroom. Absolutely satisfied.
