Garden- fenced plot #5580

Garden in Slatiňany of 1000m2 in a beautiful landscape. It is located in the direct vicinity of the castle, the castle park and the black Kladruby horses. In the forest, which is about 500m away, there is the Cat's Castle, the Bára lookout tower with climbing in the treetops for children, a playground and a kiosk with refreshments, about 300m from the Bára is a forest gym. In the forest there are plenty of paths for cyclists and pedestrians. Ideal for families with children, cyclists, hikers. There is a nice view and beautiful nature. Nearby is the Zoo Bítovany about 7km from the property, Kladruby nad Labem 35 km away. There is a castle, old Kladruby whites (250 horses) - stables, beautiful nature.
For horse lovers are also possible to ride horses after agreement with the owner of the land.( We have our own stables 15 km from the garden).
Shorter stays are possible throughout the year, they do not have to be for a whole week. Departures from the property can be later in the afternoon if there is no new follow-up booking on that day.
There is a tin garage on the property and a fridge with a small freezer can be used in the garage. There is a charcoal grill, fire pit, electric cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave, crockery (plates, glasses, mugs, bibs, pots). Everything is washed and prepared in plastic boxes for you. Red lavor for washing dishes and black calfas for putting away the washed dishes. Concrete table which is located outside next to the metal garage is used for example for putting away and washing dishes, also for cooking on el. It can be used for cooking and cooking on the stove, or for plugging in the electric kettle, or for plugging in the microwave oven. There is a plug above the table and two shorter extension cords in the garage. There is a bin for rubbish. Inside and to the side of the garage there are sockets and switches to switch on the motion halogens to light the property.
Outside on the property there is a fire pit, firewood,sandbox and birdbath. There are also two swings, a trampoline,pergola with seating. One more garden session is outside the pergola. Mobile toilet with chemical toilet for 100l, the second toilet is toi toi for 340litres. There is a tap with drinking water and a hose.
Stays are possible in a tent or in your own caravan. The electricity connection for the caravan is on the property.
There are two cameras in the garden, which are there for the security of not only my property but also the property of our guests. If any of our guests are bothered by these cameras, feel they don't have enough privacy, they can just unplug the cameras and plug them back in when they leave.
From late October to March we have winterized, which means we have a cleaned pergola, seating area and a cleaned, emptied Toi Toi toilet. Please use your toilet in your caravan during this period. Otherwise the site is accessible at any time of the year, snow does not prevent you from coming. The water will be turned off with the onset of major frosts. Electricity is always working.
Under the garden 10 meters there is a fast food restaurant where you can also indulge in ice cream, draft beer,limo and many other goodies.
You can still meet the campers who stay in our caravan, which is located on the property.
