Garden- fenced plot #5580

A 1,000 m² garden in Slatiňany set in beautiful countryside. It is located right next to the castle, the castle park, and the black Kladruby horses. In the forest, about 500 meters away, you’ll find Kočičí hrádek and the Bára observation tower, which also features a tree-top climbing course for children, a playground, and a snack kiosk; about 300 meters from Bára is a forest fitness trail. The forest offers plenty of trails for cyclists and hikers. It’s ideal for families with children, cyclists, and tourists. There are lovely views and beautiful natural surroundings. Nearby is the Bítovany Zoo, about 7 km from the property, and Kladruby nad Labem, 35 km away. There you’ll find a castle, the Starokladruby white horse stud (250 horses)—stables, and beautiful nature.
For horse lovers, horseback rides are also available by arrangement with the property owner. (We have our own stables 15 km from the garden.)
Shorter stays are possible throughout the year; they do not have to be for a full week. Check-out from the property can also take place in the late afternoon, provided there is no new reservation scheduled for that day.
There is a metal garage on the property, where you can use a refrigerator with a small freezer. There is a charcoal grill, fire pit skewers, firewood, an electric stove, a toaster, an electric kettle, a microwave, and dishes (plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, pots). Everything is washed and ready for you in plastic containers. There is a red basin for washing dishes and a black wooden tray for setting aside washed dishes. The concrete table located outside next to the metal garage can be used, for example, for setting out and washing dishes, as well as for cooking on the electric stove, plugging in the electric kettle, or plugging in the microwave. There is an outlet above the table. Two shorter extension cords are in the garage. There is a trash can here. There are outlets both inside and on the side of the garage. Inside the garage, on the left side, there are switches to turn on the motion-sensor halogen lights that illuminate the property.
Outside on the property, there is a fire pit, a sandbox, and sand molds. There are also two swings, a trampoline, and a pergola with seating. There is another outdoor seating area outside the pergola. There is a portable toilet with a 100-liter chemical tank; the second toilet is a 340-liter portable toilet. There is a faucet with drinking water and a hose. There is no bathroom here yet.
Stays are possible in a tent or in your own RV. The property features a paved concrete area for RVs, with an electrical hookup located right next to it. Electrical hookups are also available at other locations on the property; if multiple RVs are present at the same time, there is no problem with connecting them.
There are two security cameras installed in the yard to protect not only my property but also that of our guests. If any of our guests feel uncomfortable with these cameras or feel they lack sufficient privacy, they can simply unplug the cameras from the power source and plug them back in upon departure.
From late October through March, the property is winterized, which means the pergola and seating area are cleared away, and the Toi Toi portable toilets are emptied and cleaned. During this period, please use the toilet in your own RV. Otherwise, the property is accessible at any time throughout the year; snow won’t prevent you from arriving. The water is turned off when severe frosts set in. Electricity is always available.
Just 10 meters below the garden, there’s a snack bar where you can treat yourself to ice cream, draft beer, soda, and lots of other goodies.
