You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay for one or more nights. At
one folding bed plus a small loft bed for the child. Small
kitchen area with running water, cooking plate and fridge offers the possibility of
to prepare your own meals and drinks. The house is electrified, so there is no need for light or other
electricity needs are not to be worried about. A latrine outside the house serves as a toilet. A garden shower is available for washing. The bathing tub is only for cooling down during the summer heat, the water cannot be heated.

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The last 300 metres or so is an unpaved road. In spring, after heavy rains, there may be mud. There is no steep slope, nor any large potholes. Ordinary cars can easily get through. Don't try to go by car directly from Stupava, the navigation can't show the correct route, you need to go from Marinaky.
Restriction of the access road
The path is quite narrow at about 2.5 m, branches may hang down in places.

The area is ideal for children. To entertain the children, the property is equipped with a children's tree house, trampoline, swings, sandpit, ropeway and slide.

We really liked the place. The property has a beautiful view of the countryside. The place is really magical. Cozy, clean. The owners are very nice. We definitely recommend ☺️
We were greeted at the property by the owner and her daughter and they were there to show us around. We had the whole property to ourselves, we had two tents with us, even a tinyhouse at our disposal. Everything we needed was on site, fridge, water, fountain, grill, fire pit and everything we needed to barbecue. The cabin was clean, beautifully set into the setting. Surroundings really beautiful with fruit trees with rugged terrain. We stayed for one night and felt very comfortable indeed. :)
Beautiful place, very nice owner. The conversation was great, the description of the road was great, we found the place without any problems. It's just a really "tiny house", my husband with his height of 185 cm could hardly fit on the bed :-) But the house is furnished with everything we needed, we really enjoyed the bathing barrel in the heat. We would love to come again.
Beautiful place, amazing peace and at the same time close to the city. Owners very friendly, enjoyed it both small and large.
We definitely want to come back.
