Beautiful place just off the bike path. Nice landlady. Kitchenette, toilet, shower. We will definitely come again.

Nice fenced plot (ideal for dogs), plus there is a toilet with shower, we did not use the kitchen but it is available. Entry via key box perfectly fine. We did not share the land with anyone.
The land is the center of the town of Dolní Beřkovice and is easy to find. Before entering, check out the driveway, it is necessary to enter from a slant, and also a place to park. In the middle of the plot is the owners field and only the narrower spaces P1 and P2 on the sides are allocated for parking. We found P1 too small for larger motorhomes, the height of the branches here is about 2.0m.You cannot turn around in places, you have to back out.
The facilities - bathroom and kitchen are of a great standard, clean, fully equipped and fully functional.The only thing we didn't find was a working hose to top up the car tank, but it could be applied with our watering can from the taps on the fence.
The weather worked out and so the trips along the Elbe were very nice. The place also has a pretty well equipped shop, two restaurants and a pastry shop.
It was quiet on the property as we were alone. We were a little surprised that the price for a dog was 5 times the price for a child.

Owner's reaction Děkuji za vaše hodnocení. Je pravda, že se najíždí trochu ze šikma, ale vešla se i auta s přívěsem - karavanem. K výtce, že není možné se otočit uvedu jen tolik, že si na toto ještě nikdo nestěžoval a kdo chtěl( více než 100 hostů),tak se otočil. Je potřeba si trochu najet a popojíždět. Na stanovišti 1 i 2 se vejde obytné auto i s předstanem.
