The driveway to the garden is tarmac passable virtually all year round, however the garden is grassy, sloping, only the top by the gate is level to accommodate a motorhome, the garden can be driven into a loop and driven out again at the front, but for heavy motorhomes a 4x4 is required to drive the car. The land is not suitable for front wheel drive motorhomes due to its sloping nature, you have to negotiate about 1m of elevation change when driving out the front and if you lighten the front, the wheels slip on the grass.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Bezkemp site and we’d definitely love to come back. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owners really take good care of the place. Everything was beautifully clean and tidy, and the entire property had a very pleasant atmosphere.
The showers were a big plus, which we especially appreciated during the summer heat. After a whole day spent outdoors, the chance to freshen up was truly priceless. We also really enjoyed the smooth communication with the owner, who was helpful and accommodating.
We really loved the beautiful view of the surrounding nature and the overall peaceful atmosphere of this place. Another great perk is the chance to gather firewood in the nearby forest for a campfire, which adds an even cozier atmosphere to the stay.

The garden is equipped with everything you need (fire pit, solar shower, drinking water, electricity, pergola, outhouse). Excellent communication with the kind and helpful owner. We chose this property because of the large garden where we could let our dog run free. From the photos, it looked like a property with a well-mowed lawn. Apparently, though, we weren’t so lucky, and most of it was overgrown. Unfortunately, even the paths were already difficult to walk on.
As time goes by and construction is taking place everywhere, there was also brisk construction activity on the adjacent lot—right next to the relaxation garden—while we were there. This is understandable, but I would recommend revising the property description and updating the photos to include a warning about potential noise disturbances and the presence of neighbors at the construction site in the mornings.

The main bonus is the distant view of the České Budějovice basin (České Budějovice, Hluboká, Temelín, etc.). Quiet place. Good location for cycling trips in the direction of Vodňany, Netolice, Bavorov, Vlachovo Březí, Husinec and others. The pilgrimage site Lomec and the castle Kratochvíle are also accessible on foot. We were very reluctant to leave.

Ano pozemek je svažitý opravdu je vhodné k obytnému autu mít nájezdy nebo možnost jej hydraulicky dostat do roviny. Trávu jsme na celém pozemku přestali sekat z důvodu výskytu kriticky ohrožených druhů hmyzu a to tak složitých hmyzích vazeb, kdy larvy jednoho druhu parazitují na samotářských též kriticky ohrožených vosičkách, ty ke svému životu potřebují specifické rostliny - no zkrátka složitý ekosystém. Takže sekáme horní část cca 500 m2 + cestičky a protože v červnu bylo hrozné sucho a teploty 39 st., rozhodli jsme se, že sekání odložíme až po dešti, takže jsme sekali po 10.7.
Ano, soused začal stavět rodinný dům, stavební ruch zmíním v popisu pozemku, situace se změnila teď od července. Bohužel to vychází tak na 3 dny v měsíci, kdy se tam něco hlučnějšího děje. Chápu, že betonování mohlo být nepříjemné a omlouvám se za to, ale termínově jsem to nevěděla dopředu.
