The road is municipal, maintained, dusty. The land is a very gentle grassy slope with firm ground. In winter I recommend only offroad type vehicles.

If you want to go for a walk in the surroundings, 200m through the forest west of the property there is Mostenský pond, 1200m away Malá Kuš pond, Záborský and Mračovský brook. Ideal for dog walkers or small explorers. :-) It is certainly worth mentioning the view of the surrounding countryside from the nearby clearing, which is along the road.
On the other side about 670m away is the village of Lažánky and 1500m away are the ponds Staré and Nové Lažánky.
