Cottage Muflonka - in the quiet of the forest #5922

Relaxing in the quiet of the forest, the birds chirping, the sound of the wind... If you are lucky, you will see and hear a large herd of mouflon.
The cottage is situated in a secluded spot at the edge of the forest. There is also a shopping centre within walking distance. The cottage can be reached by car on a paved forest road, you can park about 50 meters from the cottage. Currently, the cottage can accommodate 6 people, experienced and much more (if you would be interested we are open to it, possibly therefore by appointment).
The cottage is two-storey, on the ground floor there is a kitchen including utensils, gas stove, stove, which can be used for heating and preparing simple meals. There is also a raised seating area, benches, a massive table and 4 chairs. Swing.
If you climb up the wooden stairs one floor higher, you will find yourself in the attic where sleeping arrangements are made.
The cottage is supplied with domestic water. Drinking water is delivered in barrels. Bavorův potok flows about 100m from the cottage.
❌️❄️ With the first frosts we turn off the drinking water and will only be drinking in barrels / pet bottles.
The dry toilet is located outside, close to the cottage.
Outside there is also a barbecue and seating area.
Suitable for families and groups of friends, we have no problem with your pets either (unfenced).
Not far from the cottage there is a marked hiking trail leading to the Polish border, from where you can continue to Dobrošov or Český Čermná. If you head towards the town, you will arrive in Bělovse, a part of Náchod, which is famous for its spas and drinking water springs. In general, trips around the area can keep you busy for a few days, unless you come just to relax in the countryside :).

We would like the cottage to remain in the same condition after your departure as it was when you arrived. :)

For your safety and enjoyment, I would like to stornovat❌️ your stay with the possibility of arranging a date change/refund. All with prior arrangement. The cottage is located at the beginning of the forest and if the forecast of Very strong, gusty winds there is a possibility of falling branches, unfortunately also old trees. Although the trees around the cottage are under surveillance, you never know.

The creek is a safe distance from the cottage, the cottage does not overflow, so you will be dry!
*** SNOW ❄️☃️
The road leading to the cottage is used and passable in winter, parking is allowed down at the designated parking area. If a really big layer of snow falls and the road is temporarily impassable, by agreement you can park safely in front of the turn-off to the forest and walk to the cottage, which is less than 10 min walk. At the same time, please wear suitable footwear, it is not in our power to shovel the snow.
