We don't have the best Canadian turf, but we offer complete privacy, peace and the surrounding nature of the Highlands Protected Landscape Area.
There is 1000m2 of garden which is fenced and suitable for dog walkers.
The garden is slightly sloping, but there is plenty of level area at the top and bottom for camping.
The garden is locked with a code number lock. I will send you the code one day before your arrival.
!!! IMPORTANT: Caravans longer than 6 metres have problems turning into the gate. It depends of course on the weather and the skill of the driver. However, a caravan 7,5 meters long has already passed =o).

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The garden can be reached via a ford of a small stream, which is always very passable. The ford has been recently maintained and is regularly used by the residents of the two neighbouring cottages. It is easy to cross even after spring rains.
Restriction of the access road
The gate to the property has a width of 340cm.

10 km away there are singletracks built in Vysočina arena. I recommend it even to complete amateurs!! There are trails there for complete beginners and it's an experience.

When a normal winter comes, the whole Vysočina region is covered with cross-country skiers and there are over 100km of trails.

Great satisfaction. In a quiet area near the forest ideal for mushroom pickers/poachers.
Nicely decorated to play. Easily accessible. Nice sitting area, fireplace and barbecue. Also very much appreciate the presence of a dry toilet. Mr. Owner is very nice and great communication with him.

All exactly as described in the plot description. Clean, well maintained, grass cut throughout (not just paths) which was great for the kids and smaller dog to run around. As a bonus, ripe raspberries at the bottom ;-). It doesn't look like it from the photos, but the lot is really quite large. Perfect for families with kids and dogs.
