It's fine for an overnight stay. I stayed on the upper lot to avoid the insects by the water. The property is between the railroad and the main road - the trains were pretty audible (last one went at maybe 10:30 and the first at 6). There is an electric pole.
Nice place, but we were woken up a lot at night by passing trains and the driveway was not great either. Because of the combination of the tall grass and the nearby river, it was really wet in the morning and we had to dry the tent for a long time to make sure it wasn't completely wet.
Wonderful quiet overnight stay right by the river, a short walk to Vyšší Brod, easy to walk, two clean toilets available. Close to the train, but did not disturb overnight. There is no drinking water and electricity only near the kiosk. Here you can safely charge your mobile. Access road a little bit tricky, but we managed with a caravan (smaller).
