It was amazing—we really enjoyed our stay. A wonderful tour of agricultural artifacts, a pleasant chat about the owner’s family tree, and a “living record” listed in the Czech Book of Records… but we won’t reveal any more than that ;)
A nice, peaceful place. Mr. Lunda gave us a warm welcome and told us all about his family’s history. We found a place to sleep in the garden. We were able to refill our water bottles at the farm, where we could also take a shower.
We enjoyed our stay very much. We brought a tent, but in the end we chose to sleep on hay (or rather straw-hay beds) and it was great. The owner is warm, showed us the history of his family and told us with passion about what he does and his relationship with the place. We would love to return.
The place is wonderfully quiet and the owner very cordial. We slept on the land just behind the garden, because of the connection to electricity. The land is downhill, the wedges were a waste. Who does not need electricity and the proximity of the toilet (in the house of Mr. Frantiska), the plain will find in the vicinity of the pond and sheep. In the barn and in the garden there is a museum of old farming machines, you can also sleep on the pud, where there are straw beds (beds stuffed with straw, with a mattress on top). We really liked it there.
