Accommodation in a cottage on a hill.

This is an older house, but it offers everything you need for your vacation. It is fully equipped, has its own fenced-in garden, and dogs are welcome.

The cottage is equipped with a wood-burning stove, so you can plan a trip to Mšeno even on chilly spring days.

Very good bus connections from Prague; train service is also available on weekends and holidays.

The accommodation is located in the town of Mšeno.

The cottage features a large room that sleeps up to 5 people.

It includes a double bed, a sofa bed for two people, and a fold-out armchair for one person.

The room also has a table with chairs, a wardrobe, a stove, and a TV (which only receives a few basic channels).

The other rooms include a hallway, a bathroom, and a kitchen.

The bathroom is small and contains a shower stall (you can’t stand up in it—you can only shower while sitting; please be aware of this so you aren’t caught off guard) and a toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, a two-burner electric stove, a kettle, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer, and basic cooking supplies (oil, salt, pepper).

The cottage has a lovely garden that is enclosed on all sides, offering privacy and shielding it from the neighbors’ view. The garden is fenced, and dogs are welcome.

In the garden (backyard), there is an outdoor seating area, a rocking chair, and a charcoal grill. Guests must provide their own charcoal.

This is an older house that was previously used as a summer cottage; it is scheduled for a major renovation in the future.
For now, no one is living in the house, so we’ve decided to offer it for rent.

Please note that the furnishings and the house are old, but everything is clean and in working order. We have hot water, electricity, and a flush toilet.

Bedding, towels, toiletries, and soap will all be provided.

The house is in a great location—a 5-minute walk to the Mšeno swimming pool, a 4-minute walk to the city center, and a 13-minute walk to the train station.

The house is located in the heart of town, with neighbors nearby, so expect the occasional dog barking, cars passing by at night, etc.

The location is ideal for a vacation in the Kokořín region, suitable for families with children as well as dogs.

IMPORTANT
I’ll send detailed arrival information via message here on the day of your arrival.
Check-in is self-service; there is a box with a code next to the cottage containing the front door key.
Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 PM; check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

Staying with dogs—please bring your own dog bed or blanket; dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the bed or the couch. If this rule is not followed, we will be forced to prohibit stays with dogs.


Celebrations, parties, and loud behavior are prohibited.

IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO INVITE NON-PAYING GUESTS ONTO THE PROPERTY.

FURTHERMORE, A FINE WILL BE IMPOSED IF THERE ARE MORE PEOPLE ON THE PROPERTY THAN SPECIFIED IN THE RESERVATION.

PARTIES, CELEBRATIONS, AND PLAYING LOUD MUSIC ARE PROHIBITED.

IF YOU PLAN TO BE NOISY, MAKE A MESS, OR DISTURB THE PEACE, PLEASE BOOK YOUR STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
