We offer for rent a beautiful sunny plot near the pond Řezník with an area of 2241 m2. The land is located behind the village of Sedlečko u Soběslavě, about 3 km from the motorway exit and the town of Soběslav. It is a grassy meadow with a paved access road. The small palouček is surrounded by mature trees, which provide shady places. There is a paved pitch for one caravan, but camping or sleeping in the open air is also possible. A 19 m2 large wooden terrace is available for this purpose. It is located very close to the pond. The terrace is equipped with two armchairs, so it will serve beautifully for relaxation, a romantic breakfast or watching the sunset or the evening frog concert from the pond. Beautiful land. The owner really takes care of it. Wooden terrace with seating and barbecue. Great fireplace. Saw and axe for rent. I collected firewood among the trees and the wood was prepared under the tarp.
I found the place straight away. It's visible from the road. Which is the only pity that the road is just beyond the meadow and now and then a car passes by and you can hear the highway a bit , but after a while I stopped noticing it . At night I slept great in the car and nothing woke me up .
I went to the Veselské sandpit for a swim . I couldn't swim in the local pond or in the neighbouring village anymore and even the Roudná sandpit was not clean anymore , so I went in and let the dogs in , even though people were swimming there . 😅 But I'm a big fan of it...
If there's ever a time, I'd love to come back.
