We launched Bezkemp in July 2024, and last season truly exceeded our expectations, so we’re already looking forward to welcoming you for our third season. We’re constantly striving to improve everything, and we immediately reinvest all the funds we receive back into the property. You’ll find a seating area made of pallets—complete with comfortable cushions—under a shelter; a relaxation zone with a rock garden and a garden pond full of fish; a water-cooled beverage cooler with a self-service bar, a solar-heated shower with a stone floor, including a sink and mirror, and we’ve planted our first lavender, surfinias, and fruit bushes—and we’ll keep adding more as our free time allows.
Enjoy your stay and the many excursions in the surrounding area... (suggestions are available in the gazebo, or we’d be happy to offer advice). There’s definitely plenty to discover in the region of the Knights of Blaník.
The property is slightly sloped, covering an area of about 4,500 m², but roughly half of that consists of open, mowed terraces with a flat area for camping. The individual sites are spaced far enough apart so you won’t disturb each other, even if you arrive in a larger group. Shared facilities include a shelter at the bottom of the property and a central fire pit, where you’ll find a cozy spot for quiet evenings or shelter in case of rain. The upper-right terrace is now designated for a glamping tent (see Site 2). For this season, we’ve added a second glamping tent at Site 3, up near the outhouses, which is even better equipped and offers complete privacy with views of the surrounding countryside.
Are you currently looking for even more privacy, tranquility, and a chance to connect with nature? Then choose a spot at the top of the property with a magnificent view of the surrounding area (near the double outhouse), including a private fire pit. Due to the slope, this spot is recommended primarily for caravans and RVs that can level themselves on the incline.
During the season, with a little luck, cows will come to say hello to you from behind the electric fence.
The property will gain more privacy over time once the hornbeams planted around the lower perimeter of the lot have grown, and they’ll also provide some noise insulation from the adjacent road (However, we can’t control nature or passing vehicles, so we’ll have to wait a little longer; especially during the day, you should expect some mild noise). Shade on the property is limited to its lower section, where occasional noise may be slightly louder; unfortunately, after the vegetation in the high-voltage power line’s protective zone was trimmed, the property has become even more exposed.
But unless you’re made of sugar, you’re sure to enjoy your stay with us ;-)
It’s possible that non-campers from Site No. 2—our glamping tent—will also be sharing the property with you. If you book an “Exclusive VIP Reservation”—where you “want to be alone on the property”—you’ll only limit the number of non-campers at Site No. 1; however, the glamping tent, located on the same property, may also be occupied by someone else at the same time
If you still wish to be completely alone on the property, you’ll need to arrange this personally with the owner.
Don’t have a tent, trailer, or RV, but still want to visit us? If our glamping tent at Site 2 doesn’t appeal to you or is occupied, we can rent you our medium-sized family tent for 4 people with a vestibule upon agreement.
We can also rent you a 4.6 x 4.6 m party tent, which will provide you with greater comfort, a larger covered area, and complete privacy for your space (to be arranged individually in advance).

For now, please only take wood from next to the log pile, or even behind it (it probably isn’t completely dry yet). But please don’t take any wood from the display area, which is meant for decoration, or from the woodshed (it’s this year’s wood and isn’t dry enough yet). Thanks!

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The driveway is paved. In the winter, snow can be a problem or the first part of the lawn may be slightly waterlogged after rain after driving onto the property, so you may prefer not to stop there. Otherwise no problems. The driveway is wide enough for caravans and motorhomes, just lift the gate carefully! **Hold the gate by the log the whole time you are handling it, not by the weights. Otherwise the posts may break! **

You should not miss a hike to the nearby Malý or Velký Blaník, as well as a visit to the Louňovice Chateau and Monastery (6km to the parking lot below Blaník Mountain), you can also visit the freely accessible Battle of Jankov Memorial (4.5km), Odlochovice Chateau with accessible gardens and a pleasant café (2.5km), Ratměřický Chateau with mature Sequoia trees (2,5km through a pleasant clearing, with beautiful views of the local nature), the former gold mine Roudný (3,5km) with its perfectly equipped forest self-service bar, Jemniště Chateau (17km), Čechtice Chateau (25km) Konopiště Chateau near Benešov (25km), Špulka Lookout Tower (26km), Jinošovské quarries and orchids in the Jinošovské valley, Křížovský quarry, etc.e.g. according to blanik.net

Bezkemp sousedí s dalšími poli a pastvinami, kde zemědělci nechávají od jara do podzimu pást kravičky. Některé období v sezoně se kravičky pasou hned za ohradníkem nad našimi kadibudkami, jindy jsou přesunuty kousek dál na jiné pastviny v dohledu, tak za nimi lze procházkou dojít.
Jinak máme v jezirku již celkem dost rybiček.

We can recommend e.g. Gastro experience in the luxurious but slightly more expensive restaurant of the Ratměřice Chateau (2.5km) with a tennis court, or a classic inn in Ratměřice for an evening beer or on the other hand in the Libouň Chateau (2.5km; they cook well here during the summer season usually Thurs/Fri-Sun), or in Louňovice pod Blaníkem for food, local beer Špácal and lime (4.5km), you can also find ice cream on tap at the chateau. We can recommend a very nice garden with quality food and good prices in Votice U Modré kočky (12km/12min by car).
Right in the village of Zvěstov there is a small, well-equipped shop with friendly service (700m) (during the summer open also on Sundays 14-16, just don't expect pastries on Sundays). Here you will also find containers for sorted waste, but we will be happy if you prefer to take your waste to your village. There are smaller refuelling stations in nearby Jankov (4.5km) or Louňovice (no refuelling facilities for caravanners). You can walk to the castle café in Odlochovice.
Do you have a sedentary or otherwise demanding job? And would you like to help us improve the campsite and clear your head with some manual work (e.g. chopping wood, bushwhacking, painting etc.)? Let us know in advance and we'll try to work something out (tools will be provided, of course).
Only build a fire on a fire pit or in a mobile barbecue, at a distance from the meadow, where the grass is overdried during the summer and there is a risk of a large fire.
Wood and briquettes are available for a small fee of 120,-CZK (please refill the wood box for others after emptying it). The self-service bar has its price list on site, don't forget to rinse your cans in drinking water!
You can pay on a pay as you go basis or at the end of your stay, via QR code bank transfer.
BBQ forks, portable grills, griddles, gas lighter, pepo solid fire starter, eco-friendly wood wool fire starter, rake, wire brush, tin shovel, broom, axe cloth, gloves etc are freely available in the shelter.
A portable grill with a granite top (heated with wood under the top) is also newly available. This grill is quite heavy, 2 people are preferred to move it and it is strictly forbidden to use it immediately next to the shelter!!! After using it while it is still hot, clean the plate with a spatula or wire cutter (not so much when cold) and remove the ashes (dump them into the compost once cooled) so that others can have it ready again.
Please take away the sorted waste.
It can be dumped at the village hall by the shop, but we would prefer if you took the waste you produce to your village to dispose of it.
Please always check that the water main is shut off before you leave.
Please pick up after your pets and remove their "treats" from our property so that other guests do not have to.
Feel free to water the surfinia on the solar screen if they have dry soil (water can be scooped up in the pond or cooling bath).
The ornamental pond is not meant for swimming and please instruct your children to keep the pebbles in place and the fish really are not targets for enemies, and the ornamental grasses' cigars are happy to stay in place as well. The meadow and field are free to pluck at will;-)
We don't live in the immediate vicinity, so we go to tune up the land more or less once a week.
Any glitches or suggestions for improvement feel free to email us via whats app so we can sort them out before the next campers arrive or just keep improving, which we enjoy.

Everything was perfect; everything worked without a hitch. Since we parked near the showers, the restrooms were a bit of a walk away, but they were clean and well-equipped. Otherwise, I highly recommend it—the owner is very easy to work with. Thank you.
A great place to camp or park a RV in the middle of nature, but with all the comforts. You can tell the owner has everything down to the last detail. We'd love to come back sometime.
A nice place for day trips in the area
I’ve been to Bezkemp several times now. Since last year, when I was last there, the owner has made great strides in improving the property. Bezkemp is truly beautiful—everything is well-maintained—and even though it’s at the edge of the village, it’s peaceful and nothing disturbs you. As far as I’m concerned, it’s a 15/10 campsite—one of the best I’ve ever been to. An amazing solar shower and clean outhouses. I highly recommend visiting 😉

Moc hezké místo se zázemím pro hosty. Je vidět, že si majitel dal opravdu záležet – areál je postupně upravován a stále vylepšován. Velkou výhodou je poloha hned u cyklostezky. Pokud vám nevadí, že tu může být více rezervací najednou, je to podle nás skvělá volba pro bezkempování v okolí Blaníku. Bezva pozemek.
