Not only the town of Ostrov, with its castle and park formerly known as the eighth wonder of the world, but also the spa town of Karlovy Vary, 13 km away, offers cultural activities ranging from sightseeing to musical productions of many genres.
The caravan parking area is free to move around. The access road to the caravan park leads through a part of the industrial area of a 150-year-old paper mill, where paper production is still taking place. The access road is marked with information signs.
A guided tour of the paper mill can be arranged individually for those interested.
The parking lot is adjacent to a small farm, which is separated by a board fence. Access to the farm area is prohibited without the accompaniment of the stellplatz staff, as is feeding the animals.

Absolutely great, quiet and plenty of space. Sheep next door in the pen, like grandma's on holiday. Electricity in the form of a coin-operated machine, a little annoyed us but sorted out from the owner in a few moments. Owner's attitude sensational 👍can only recommend. More places like this 😃
The arrival is through the gatehouse of the old paper mill so the first impression was a little embarrassed,but then you arrive at a nice quiet place,in the rain probably poor passability of the land, electricity is paid by coins in the cabinet,on the property we were alone so quiet,, sink, drinking water available, train station 5 minutes walk
