Meadow with a view #6167

I welcome you to our plot page, which I summarize for you in the points below. :-)

The plot:
- easily accessible from the road,
10.5k large (mowed for camping purposes
approx. 1000m²), slightly sloping with sandy loam soil (no water retention). The land is partially fenced and you need to open the entrance (6 meters wide) - see photo. There is a new orchard of fruit trees on the plot. The land is at the very top of the hill and has a direct view of the Zelená Hora castle. In good weather you can also see the castle Radyni in Stary Plzenec or Pancíř in Šumava. During weekdays, the peace can be a bit disturbed by the pallet factory below the hill, on weekends it is completely silent. Immediately behind the property is the entrance to the forest.

Access road:
- Old, asphalt, little-used road to the boundary of the plot.

Water areas:
- Walking:
- River Úslava
- Panenský rybník (here you can park your caravan)
- Dvorecký Pond.
- By train within driving distance, about 15 minutes, many other water bodies.

Transportation:
- car, train and bus from Dvorak (20 min. walk)

Hiking:
- in the surroundings:
- St. Vojtech's trail in Vrcen.
- Minizoo Tojice (temporarily closed due to the risk of foot-and-mouth disease).
- Through the forest to Včelín, a woodpecker preserve.
- Nature trail under Zelena Hora.
- Historical and model railway in Dvorc.
- Educational trail about bees in Dvorc.
- Nepomuk (Church of St. John of Nepomuk, Church of St. James, former chapel of Corpus Christi, veterans museum, playground, skateboard/scooter ramp, outdoor pool, etc.).
- Zelená Hora Castle according to the schedule on the website.
- For trips by train - direct connections from Dvorak, stop NEPOMUK, 20min. walk from the property:
- Starý Plzenec (25min.) Radyně Castle Rotunda
- Plzen (Rychlík 25min.)
- Horažďovice (17min.)
- Blatná Castle
- Strakonice (36min.) Castle
- České Budějovice (1h. 23min.)
- Jihlava approx. 4h.
- Brno approx. 6h), and more.

Civic amenities:
- Vrčeň: Coop Konzum and gardening 7 min. walk from the property.
- Dvorec: bakery, grocery, coop, curfew
- Nepomuk: petrol station, Billa, Norma, Coop konzum, cafes, restaurants, Unibrick, post office, electro,...
