Meadow with a view

Greetings, my friends,
I offer you a 10,000m² meadow for recreation. Approximately 1000m² is mowed for residence purposes. The land is located in the Pilsen region between the villages of Tojice and Vrčení. There is an old, asphalt road around the land with minimal traffic (it may be higher during the sowing and mowing season). The land is at the very top of the hill. It is separated on one side by a small draw, on the opposite side there is an elevation, which ensures privacy. Behind the road directly opposite the plot is the entrance to the forest. The romance is ensured by a direct view of the Zelená hora castle in the nearby village of Klášter (it is open during the season). There are plenty of places to admire in the surrounding area. Six ponds, streams and the Úslava River will surely delight fishermen and enthusiastic swimmers, the nature trail about bees will delight nature lovers (Dvorec). In the adjacent Vrčeni -8 minutes walk- you will find civic amenities such as a COOP (small), post office, gardening and church. The place is great for hiking, cycling, mushroom picking, fishing, watching the night sky and other interesting activities. It provides privacy and tranquility, while still having everything within easy reach. The larger town is about 5 minutes drive away in Nepomuk, where there is a gas station, Billa, Penny, restaurants and an impressive square with a church. If you would like to travel for a day to see other beauties of western Bohemia, not far from the property (Dvorec) there is a bus station connected with the railway that will take you to Pilsen (direct connection - 1 stop, 25min. - 80,- /passenger 49min., 54,-/person), on the other side you can see Horažďovice (20min.), České Budějovice (30min.) and if you make a little contribution after a busy night, even Brno (6h). So what? Have I enticed you to explore this beautiful place, or are you just tempted to wake up opposite the place where comrade Major Haluška proclaims his legendary phrase: "Čo bolo, to bolo."
