Our stay was quick and purposeful - our son's softball tournament in Cologne. So we didn't enjoy the grounds much, but I still praise the great facilities. Water available, a bathhouse that was clean, electricity available, and basically instant communication from the owner. Very nice and helpful gentleman. Next time we will go without a purpose :-D so we can enjoy the area on bikes and on foot. Very nice and quiet place. I praise and thank you :)
The land is not completely flat, but with wedges it was not a problem to level the car. Water and electricity are just a short walk from the site, as are toilets. I think it's perfect for a single booking, but two crews can fit in here too. The atmosphere is made more pleasant by the chickens - no rooster, so no early morning wake up call 😊.
