In the orchard, you’ll have a spot all to yourself where a camper and several tents can fit. There’s a swing, a fire pit, skewers for roasting, a herb garden, and a composting outhouse with a simple solar-powered shower and bathroom waiting for you there. You can drive right up to the property or leave your car in the parking lot, just a few meters away, so you can fully immerse yourself in nature.

You can gather firewood in the overgrown part of the orchard along the access road by the field. But be prepared—it’s truly a hunt in the wild :).
In late summer and early fall, you can pick apples and pears in the orchard.
The location is ideal for cyclists and hikers—just a few kilometers from the orchard lies the enchanting Křivoklát Forest region, and to the west you’ll find the Džbán Mountains. And right from the orchard, you can set out on the Novostrašecko nature trail along the local ponds.
Swimming spots in the area:
Kačice—Chobot Pond
Srbeč—a proper old-school village swimming spot in a fire reservoir
Libušínské jezírko—beautiful water even into winter
An access road runs alongside the campground (see photo) leading to my private property, which I might walk or drive down a few times a day.
If you don’t have a tent, I have two tents (for 3 and 4 people) available to borrow for a voluntary contribution.

What to do?
shower / washroom
- A modest little bathroom next to the outhouse. The shower consists of a 10-liter solar water heater (the water temperature depends on the weather). There is a 5-liter barrel of drinking water in the bathroom.

- If you are using environmentally friendly means, it is possible to pour the grey water at the edge of the property near the parking lot.
Chemical toilet
- It's not possible.
Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
From the main road, turn onto the dirt road at the side of the road (the middle is for lower cars to spawn under the coupling). After a few days of rain, the dirt road can be harder to drive on, as well as with more snow.

There are beautiful cycling trails for smaller and larger trips.

Just a few kilometres from the orchard begins the magical region of the Křivoklát forests, to the west you will find the Džbán Mountains. And directly from the orchard you can walk along the Novostrašecko nature trail along the local ponds.
At the edge of the property is the driveway to my piece of the world, please respect that continuing down the path further into the orchard is by invitation only.
Take your trash with you and keep the place clean.
If you arrive with your dog, please make sure there is no poop lying around the property.
