Nature at your fingertips:
The cottage sits on the edge of a sunny meadow where nature becomes your best companion. It's the perfect retreat to relax, recharge and digitally detox without giving up the comforts of civilization.
Strategic Location:
Just 2 km from the lively centres of Olesnica and Sedlonovo and only 300 metres from the ski lift! In winter, ski right outside the door, in summer go hiking or cycling. The chalet can be easily reached by car and parked right next to it, and there is also a bus stop nearby.
Convenience and Comfort:
The two-storey cottage offers a cosy kitchen fully equipped with dishes, an electric oven and a two-burner stove. The stove will keep you warm and you can prepare simple meals on it. Basic ingredients such as sugar, salt, spices, tea and even a coffee machine with free coffee are available! A massive table with benches and chairs invites you to sit in the evening.
Flexibility Accommodation:
Currently the lodge comfortably accommodates 4 people, but we are open to larger groups - just make arrangements! We are planning to expand the upstairs with additional sleeping capacity to cater for even the most demanding.
Everything for your stay:
There is dry wood, electricity, bottled water and a comfortable chemical toilet as well as an outdoor "tub". A well with pump and waterworks is completed, drinking water is provided and will be available in the future.
A paradise for Outdoor Enthusiasts:
Directly at the cottage you can connect to the cross-country skiing trail (in summer hiking) which will take you to the Orlickohorská magistrála. The surrounding countryside offers countless possibilities for day trips - hiking, cycling, skiing - there are no limits to your imagination!

- Kadibudka with a fantastic view. Chemical toilet in a separate room in the hut, so you won't freeze :-)

Trouble-free arrival even in bad weather
The cottage is right next to a local asphalt road, but parking is required next to the cottage. If there is a lot of snow, the honored visitor must dig out a parking space for their car, but we will try to have a space ready. Alternatively, the bus stop is right outside the chalet.
Restriction of the access road
not suitable for vans and cars with dimensions equal to or larger than the van.

Directly at the cottage is the possibility to connect to several cycling routes for both demanding and excursion. Absolutely wonderful starting point for bike trips!

And in Zieleniec (15 minutes by car) there are 23 kilometres of beautifully situated and picturesque ski slopes The longest Zieleniec ski slope is 2800 metres long, a black slope is also available.
hiking
The Orilka Mountains as such directly encourage hiking. Anytime and anywhere. The hut is at an altitude of about 700 m above sea level, so how about going to Vrchmezí (1084 m above sea level) ?

Are you just going to have a drink with friends by the lit stove and play cards at the oak table?

The cottage is in a great location, but so far more for punks :-) I hope that the price corresponds to it. Maximum 4 people. (two beds two sleeping on a sofa bed. Over 4 people you need to make arrangements - there is space, but no beds :-D

Very simple but cosy cottage in a super location. Ideal for a digital detox / quiet evenings by the fireplace 🙂 The owner is nice and helpful, great communication.

Price/quality ratio great...Punk cottage, but for a short time it can be managed. Access right by the cottage. The only thing that bothered me was the wet wood. The fire was difficult to start. It had just been a freezing night.
I was completely satisfied with the accommodation, communication with the owner was fast and smooth. Perfect starting point for hiking in the Eagle Mountains.
