Land with CHILDREN'S PLANTS, a covered terrace, seating, equipped kitchen with gas cooker, shower and sink, dry toilet, fireplace, barbecue and a small house to sleep (it is possible to sleep on the terrace - upon agreement we can prepare the inner part with mattresses). It is also possible to sleep on a stylish bed under a tree (depending on the weather). In the back and front of the property there are ideal places to pitch a tent (in the shade under the walnut trees).
You will not stay after dark - the terrace, bathroom and toilet are illuminated by solar lights (can be switched off).

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
In heavier rain, there may be some mud at the start of the meadow path. Otherwise it is nothing dramatic as the whole path is flat. As far as snow is concerned, it falls very sporadically and when it does, it is in small amounts.

The land is located a few meters from the main cycling route (Lednice, Valtice, Breclav). The surrounding area is perfect for cycling and is interwoven with a dense network of cycle paths.

Fishing opportunities in the surroundings - several ponds in the area and the river Dyje.

Beautiful place. We will definitely visit again.
Beautiful land outside the centre of Lednice. However, close to the castle and the center. The garden is a complete oasis. My daughter was thrilled with the various swimming nets and swings. The little house with the slide was also great. We loved it here. We didn't miss anything. The shower was heated from the sun just right, it ran slowly so not for some big washing. Nearby they are building apartments so it was quite noisy from the morning and in the evening noise from the colonnade during the event. But we are very satisfied and will come again.
I definitely recommend the garden. Everything neat, clean. Lots of use for children.
Garden very cozy, everything was as expected from the photos. Mrs. owner very pleasant and helpful 😊. Super place for trips, all attractions in Lednice are close, but at the same time you leave privacy on the property without neighbors.
