A 1-hectare plot, 7 km from Týn nad Vltavou near the village of Všemyslice, with easy access even in inclement weather. Parking is available throughout the property, which borders a forest and a field. The electrical connection is located at the entrance to the property next to a wooden shed. In the upper part of the property, there is a summer kitchen equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, and kitchen utensils. There is a fee of 100 CZK per day for electricity. Guests have access to a refrigerator stocked with items for sale, including candy, soft drinks, beer, and wine.
The property is regularly maintained. Given the size of the property, absolute privacy is guaranteed. In case of inclement weather, guests can use the wooden shelter next to the kitchenette. Please clean up after your pets.
There are countless hiking and biking trails in the area, as well as fishing opportunities. For fans of adrenaline sports, the Hluboká nad Vltavou via ferrata is 22 km away and the Bechyně via ferrata is 18 km away; there is also a summer swimming pool in Týn nad Vltavou. The owner lives in a cottage on a portion of the property near the entrance. The property is enclosed by a solid fence. Long-term parking for caravans and tents is available.

Portable fire pits, an outdoor fire pit, and a grill are available. There is an outdoor camping shower; water can be heated in the kitchenette on an electric stove. Firewood for the first day is included in the price; for subsequent days, there is a fee. We have plenty of firewood; the forest next to the property has its own owner, so please respect this and use only the supplies provided on the property. For children, there are swings, a playhouse, bicycles, children’s books, and other small toys. As an alternative accommodation option, I offer a fully equipped teepee—site 2.
