In the morning, while enjoying your coffee on the terrace, you might hear the lions from the nearby safari park; in the evening, you can watch the long sunsets and experience a peace and quiet you simply won’t find in the city. There’s an outdoor pergola with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for romantic evenings by the fire. During the day, you can relax with a book in a hammock or take a walk to the nearby forest or pond, just a few meters away.
For even greater comfort, we’ve recently added an outdoor FINNISH SAUNA. Unlimited use of the wellness facilities costs 990 CZK for a 2-night stay and 1,390 CZK for a stay of 3 nights or more.
Who is this cottage suitable for?
The cabin is ideal primarily for a couple or a small family with children, or for a couple with a four-legged companion. There is one double bed and a sofa bed, so the cabin’s layout is designed primarily for a couple and their children to stay together.

A little something extra!
You have access to badminton, croquet, pétanque, foot volleyball, and an outdoor smoker. You can also sample our homegrown fruits, vegetables, and herbs—depending on the season and in reasonable quantities.
Additional information:
1) During the fall season from September 1 to October 31, the price is reduced by 10% for the entire property per night. If you’re staying with a dog, there’s also a surcharge of 100 CZK per night.
2) Please observe quiet hours at night!
3) If you’re traveling with your four-legged friend, please clean up after them.
4) If you’re unable to arrive, we do not offer the option to reschedule your reservation; thank you for your understanding.

- Heating of the cottage is possible by a fireplace stove, which is located in the living room and without any problem heats the whole building. The wood is already chipped and ready in the wood shed by the access gate.

1) Please keep the cottage, pergola and grounds clean and tidy.
2) Every day the grounds manager will come to feed the chickens and parrots by mutual agreement - this task will not take more than 10 min.
3) Please report any damages before your departure
4) Please pick up after your four-legged pets' excrement.
5) Please observe the night-time quiet.

Check-in and check-out:
Check-in is between 15:00-16:00, check-out is no later than 10:00. By prior arrangement, it is possible to arrange earlier check-in or later check-out. At the end of the stay, the tenant is obliged to hand over the property to the landlord in its original condition.
A refundable deposit of CZK 2.000,- in cash is required on arrival to cover any damages. If everything is in order upon departure, the deposit is immediately refunded in full.
Use of the property and its surroundings is at your own risk. The landlord is not liable for any physical, psychological or financial damage to the tenant.

Accommodations Straight Out of a Fairy Tale
The place is located on the very outskirts of a small village, within sight of the safari park in Dvůr Králové. It’s peaceful and quiet here. The occasional gunfire from the nearby shooting range is nothing to worry about.
The garden is carefully maintained, very pretty, and, in addition to the vegetables grown there, is full of wild strawberries.
The cottage is small, but it has everything you need. A big plus is the large pergola with an outdoor kitchen and a fireplace with a grill grate.
beautiful quiet surroundings, cottage cozy and clean, equipped kitchen, bathroom with towels and drugstore and plenty of hot water. You can warm yourself in the fireplace or use the outdoor seating area with barbecue. You can enhance your relaxation with music from gramophone records. The property has a large and landscaped garden that provides privacy and tranquility.
The owner is very friendly and helpful. He takes care of the cottage with love and you will be royally taken care of.
If something ever takes us nearby we will definitely stay again.
What to say about this accommodation and where to start.. first of all our lady didn't want to go home, and that's saying it all :)
Location - it's completely quiet, which is only occasionally disturbed by gunshots from the nearby shooting range, but it's not a big deal = our four legged furry friend (normally a pussycat) took it in stride.
Cottage - cosy and practically furnished. We didn't miss anything here. Bed and bedding were comfortable, bathroom with hot water is a nice bonus that not everywhere has :) Patio seating = perfect for morning coffee overlooking the forest.
The garden - a large space ensures enough privacy where you can also pick home-grown vegetables or fruit in season, thanks to the friendliness of the owners. In addition, there are pleasant corners = hammock or sitting under a tree overlooking the forest. There is plenty of shade thanks to the trees. There is also an outdoor shower or smokehouse.
Pergola - a sufficiently furnished background with fireplace, cast iron grate, seating and even some games are hidden here. There is plenty of wood, axe and briquettes. Plus, on arrival everything was ready for the first fire.
And last but not least, the owners - a nice trio of Jakub, Nikola and their dog Malina. On arrival, homemade bread and eggs from local hens were waiting for us. We were given some tips on where to go in the area and they were available on the phone throughout our stay.
So in summary - absolutely TOP place with soul, where we are definitely not the last time! The reality exceeded all our expectations.

Today we are back from our Easter holidays.You will find perfect silence, peace and darkness in the evening and at night. We had a large amount of wood prepared by the owners,as we visited the cottage during the Easter period. The cottage is clean,equipped.We did not miss anything.We were welcomed with fresh bread and a fire.The advantage is a large garden.The stay is suitable for a family with children.The owners are kind,caring.We will definitely visit the cottage in the summer.Thank you very much for the stay.
