The house is before renovation, toilet paper is thrown in the trash ( like in Greece :), to avoid clogging the waste. Thank you for your consideration.

Where do the property ratings come from?
A beautiful place in the middle of meadows and forests where foxes say goodnight. It was a great experience and a nice sympathetic owner as a bonus.
The space is great. Easy to get to and find, we had the fire pit ready, all we had to do was scratch. A large pile of dry wood with forks for the braziers not far from the fire pit.
The place is completely quiet and peaceful, even though there is a municipal road around the property.
Inside the adjoining building there is a toilet and a bathroom with complete facilities.
The owner is an incredibly nice man who came to say hello and then let us use our camping space.
In the morning, as it had rained overnight, he offered us a great breakfast inside. We would definitely love to come back here.
Everything in the description fits 100%. I recommend, perfect communication, drinking water, possibility of toilet and shower... For me luxury - unless someone does not mind that it is an old cottage :) Road noise is probably up to each person's judgement as to how they perceive it, for me absolutely fine. I've been on the property myself with the dog, sheep fine, older garden fencing... If I go next time with my family, we will definitely take advantage.
