Where do the property ratings come from?
Spacious area with a view of the surrounding meadows, fireplace with wood, quick action, owner communicative and kind (we could use his bathroom..), only in the morning you could hear the car traffic from the nearby road
After the first hour, we liked it so much that we booked another weekend right away! It was a beautiful and peaceful place to relax and escape the high temperatures of the city. Normally we are complete loners and keep to ourselves, but the landlord Matěj (along with his son and dog lady) was so nice that we couldn't resist inviting them over for a roasting of the BBQ and spent a very nice evening with them! :) But not to worry - even with the owner present, you have privacy on the property and several parking options.
PS: don't take the haunted house in the reviews here seriously at all - it's really a very nice place :D

I give five hearts for the location and how we felt on the property. The property is totally peaceful and you can feel the comfort of the countryside. We haven't seen so many stars in a long time. The property is next to an old farmhouse. Count on it being retro. You're going back to the early 20th century. Most of the land is slightly sloping. Grass is mowed, a fire pit, and wood by it. We'll definitely be back.
