On the way from the village Osvětimany in the direction of the ski park you turn into the forest, after the football field on the left, where the maintained path leads to the edge of the forest, where you can park, it is about 100m from the gate to the garden of the cottage.
Restriction of the access road
It's about an 80-meter walk from the gate through an orchard, up a small hill, straight to the cabin. The area is not wheelchair-accessible.

The tenant is required to return the cottage in the same condition as when they took possession of it.

In the event of damage or soiling, the tenant is responsible for the costs of repair or cleaning.

The landlord reserves the right to enter the property when necessary (e.g., for repairs or maintenance).

Everything matched the description and photos. The owner was very nice, and communication went smoothly. We'd definitely love to come back if we get the chance.
Cosy cottage with everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen including spices, you can cook here practically anything. The cottage is in a gardening colony, on the weekend it was noticeable, but the neighbors are very nice people. For us, the kids of the same age were a great bonus 👌we moved in with 4, however, spending more time inside would have been uncomfortable. The cottage was perfectly set up for us, the owner was available on the phone. There are plenty of activities nearby and further afield, either on foot or by bike. There is hot water running in the cottage, however the shower was colder but we managed 😅Amazing peace, quiet and darkness at night. Definitely recommend a visit.
Thank you for the opportunity to visit Chřiby again! The surroundings are beautiful and especially in autumn. The owner communicated with us with care and was available. The cottage is small - maybe too small for us with two small children in the fall when you can't be outside all day, but perfect for a couple. It is in a cottage area that was heavily visited at the time of our visit (autumn holidays), so it is not in complete seclusion. The countryside is literally behind the house though, and it is truly beautiful. We recommend a visit!

Very nice place, the cottage is in a great location right under the forest. It is a good starting point for excursions. Perfect peace, fresh air, fire, stars, fresh plums and apples. The cottage is small but well equipped. Hot filtered rainwater in the shower, sink and sink. The kitchen has a two-wheel stove with a small oven. Sleeping comfortable. Clean dry toilet. Cosmetics, cleaning products and wipes were also available. A well with drinking water a few minutes from the cottage. Ideal for children, it's a great mix of romance in nature and comfort.
