A peaceful spot for a romantic overnight stay with a place to sit by the fire and enchanting views of the sunsets. Undisturbed by anyone, and you won’t disturb anyone here. On this sunny property with a terrace for camping, you’ll always be on your own. An indoor, lockable seating area by the fireplace will protect you from inclement weather, where you can warm yourself and your food.
You can park your car or RV in the garden on a gravel area behind the gate.
The garden is accessed through a small gate with a code lock. The large gate opens and closes from the inside.
Up on the terrace, there’s space for a large tent, or even two smaller ones.
For children, there’s a playhouse and a swing, as well as two larger trees for climbing.
For parents, there’s an outdoor seating area and two lounge chairs.
You’ll certainly appreciate the firewood, roasting forks, and portable grill.

Parking a small RV on the property has recently been tested. (approx. 4 m and 400 kg)
However, you can’t turn the caravan around behind the car on the property, so you’ll need to back it in and turn it manually.
It’s a bit more complicated, but it’s doable!
That said, there’s probably not enough space for anything much larger.

A COOP grocery store and a playground are located within 100 meters.
The neighbors sell jams and offer a self-service snack bar with cold drinks.
The swimming pool in Křtiny is 3 km away.
The nearest Albert supermarket is 12 km away in Adamov.

The best way to get to the property is by using Mapy.com and referring to the attached photos.
This is because your navigation system will take you to the end of the village, and from there you’ll need to set the route for “pedestrians.”

Simply drive straight through the village, past the village square, the store, and the playground, all the way down to the forest. On the right-hand side, you’ll see a gate with a “Bezkemp” sign.

If there are no other reservations before or after yours, it’s no problem to arrange your arrival or departure times according to your needs.

You can dispose of sorted trash in the village square near the store.
Please take your trash with you and clean up after yourselves!
