You can park your car or RV in the garden on a gravel area behind the gate.
The garden is accessed through a small gate with a combination lock. The large gate opens and closes from the inside.
Up on the terrace, there’s space for a large tent, or even a few smaller ones.
For children, there’s a playhouse and a swing, as well as two large trees for climbing.
For parents, there’s an outdoor seating area and two lounge chairs.
You’ll certainly appreciate the firewood, an axe, a saw, and some tools for the fire pit and cleanup.
And for cooking over the fire, there’s a pot and a portable grill.
A COOP grocery store and a playground are located within 100 meters.
The neighbors sell jams and offer a self-service snack bar with cold drinks.
The swimming pool in Křtiny is 3 km away.
The nearest Albert supermarket is 12 km away in Adamov.
The best way to reach the property is by using Mapy.com and referring to the attached photos.
This is because your navigation system will take you to the end of the village, and from there you’ll need to select the “on foot” route.
Simply drive straight through the village, past the village square, the store, and the playground, all the way down to the forest. On the right-hand side, you’ll see a gate with a sign for Bezkemp.

You can dispose of sorted trash in the village square near the store. Please take your trash with you and clean up after yourselves.

There are freely accessible caves all around. Mushrooms grow in the woods behind the fence. You can buy sausages and beer at the COOP grocery about 100m away. Refreshments and showers can be found at the Křtiny swimming pool throughout the holidays.

There is an off-limits cottage belonging to the owner and some small fruit trees on the property. Please be considerate and, ideally, stay on the mowed areas.
Outdoor and indoor seating areas with a fireplace are available for your use.
Please do not flush plastics, wet wipes, or other hygiene products down the toilet. When you leave, cover the toilet with sawdust and, most importantly, make sure to close the lid!
Please do not exceed the check-out time so that there is enough time for inspection and cleaning for the next guests!
Carefully extinguish the fire with water from the well, and be sure to double-check before you leave!
Please keep the area tidy and leave it in the same condition as you found it for the next visitors.

Absolutely amazing property—I was here with my young kids and our dog, and it was truly ideal: a swing, toys, crayons, an outdoor tub (it was 38°C), a fire pit, a fireplace, and a little house to take shelter in during a storm. I highly recommend it—all ten fingers up! 🌈🍀💚
A beautiful, sunny spot to rest and relax 🙏 We really loved it here. It was our first camping trip with our son (2 years and 8 months), and we had a great time. At night, the garden was full of moths, frogs, and bats, accompanied by the sounds of martens, owls, and wild boars 😄; during the day, the garden was full of various species of butterflies. We took full advantage of the playhouse for kids with toy cars, the swing, and the option to hang a hammock. Having access to the shed for storing our things was great and even saved us from the rain. The grill made from a washing machine drum worked perfectly, as did the water from the well for cooling off. The sunsets here are truly beautiful. There are plenty of places nearby to explore, even just for a casual stroll. The jam from next door was delicious. We even had a visit from a cat. We’d love to come back—it’s an oasis of peace♥️
A perfectly equipped spot with everything you could need at BezKemp. Yet the village is completely peaceful both day and night. Just a short walk away is a great vending machine with homemade jams, basic drinks, and snacks. There’s also a cozy pub. In the village, you can dispose of trash—including recyclables—and fill up on water. The beautiful sunset was just the icing on the cake.
If you want to fall asleep to the sounds of the forest and meadow at night, I definitely recommend this place. As a dog owner, I really appreciated the fenced-in property. The pump with ice-cold water came in very handy during the heat. Thank you for such a pleasant place to relax.
A beautiful, peaceful spot on the outskirts of town, surrounded by nature. We were finally able to camp with our dog, who couldn't wander off thanks to the fence... and we had a wonderful time.
