At your disposal is a covered terrace at the garden cottage with seating and fireplace (see photos)
Behind the cottage there is a dry toilet (possibly a portable chemical toilet) , there is also drinking water from a garden hose and a 220V socket (CANNOT be used for air conditioning or heating).

Restriction of the access road
Take the driveway from Nemojan, past St. Martin's Church (see photo) The roads from the swimming pool are in poor condition - passable only for cars. Up the hill to the church is an asphalt road, then with caution a passable "dirt road" Drive slowly - the road is narrow, watch out for oncoming vehicles. There is a combination lock on the gate. You will receive the code by email after booking. For entry of longer cars and caravans, the left gate and post must be planted and the passage increased to 4.5m (see photo)

The wood in the woodburner is for heating the cottage ONLY, please do not use. It can be collected in the nearby woods (200m, you can hire our two-wheeler or wheelbarrows for collection)
On request we can prepare the wood for you - for a fee.
If you use our portable toilet, please dump its contents in the nearby BIO dump before departure.
Please lock the gate again after your departure and
check that there is no water leaking from the hose.

A simple and quiet place to stay in the garden a short walk from the Libuše quarry. Suitable for those who appreciate the proximity to nature and do not mind the basic conditions without much equipment. Ideal for camping.
The garden is nice, with mature trees, quiet place. We would welcome a seating area - table, benches. The rating is negatively influenced by the toilet hidden behind the cottage, to which one has to make his way through a narrow passage between two bushes full of hornets and still has to bypass the rainwater barrel. Otherwise everything was fine.
It was all a bust, so we were very glad for the landing, because we have no dry ground. I would recommend replacing the cushioned furniture with something ordinary wooden, it will look much cleaner and cosier. Anyway, it's a great place, we didn't use the bathhouse, we didn't use the electricity either, so I can't judge. Half a star down for the entrance, which is a bit more adventurous when you need to get the car on the property right away to the sleeping plane without using the driveway. But great and recommended. Quiet and nice garden.
Nice place, entrance with a 6m motorhome just like that. The dry toilet is not well designed. Near the swimming pool excellent bistro Panelka Lulec.
The land is great, everything you need for a couple of nights, just really watch out for the road on both sides it's pretty bad so make sure you leave the runners somewhere 😁
