Where do the property ratings come from?
Nice place in the city centre, we went cycling to the Brno dam, went to the centre, there is a bus stop nearby. When we plan a trip to the city again, we will definitely use this place again. We love Brno :)
The ground very uneven and in some places such holes that it was about ankle injury. From 10pm onwards a huge dog from the next garden (probably the landowner's) kept barking behind us. We arrived in the dark sometime after 9pm and the owner was no longer answering his phone. He did bring us electricity, but someone else was already hooked up to it, and not having our own splitter, we were without power.
Very nice quiet place with perfect access to public transport. Ideal for trips to the city centre.

Super land plot, close to the centre of Brno. We will definitely use it again.
Land in a strategic location within easy reach of public transport. If you need a place to sleep or as a base for trips around the area, this could be a good option. Definitely don't expect mountain-like quiet, it's in the city centre and you can hear the cars passing nearby. Traffic is orderly here. And service in the form of a water dump and chemical toilet is within a 2 minute drive. I'm putting the point of interest on the map. Everything was fine for our needs.

Pozemek je pravidelně udržovaný a srovnaný, rozhodně se na něm nenacházejí díry v takovém stavu, které by představovaly riziko zranění kotníku.
Co se týká psů, v okolí pozemku se pohybují jak náš pes, tak i psi sousedů na okolních pozemcích. Psi běžně štěkají, což je přirozené chování zejména v zahradních a rekreačních lokalitách. Na noc jsou však psi standardně doma.
K poznámce ohledně telefonu – příjezd hostů byl standardně očekáván a plánován. V pozdních nočních hodinách telefon nemusí být k dispozici nepřetržitě, zejména při běžném příjezdu bez hlášených komplikací.
Ohledně elektřiny byla pro hosty připravena rozdvojka, která byla umístěna na plotě v igelitové tašce právě pro tyto situace.
Mrzí nás, pokud Váš pobyt nesplnil očekávání, ale považujeme za důležité uvést tyto skutečnosti na pravou míru.
