Where do the property ratings come from?
We were satisfied; it matched the description. It was a little noisy, but it was perfectly fine for spending the night. The grounds were a bit uneven, but everything turned out okay in the end. Great accessibility by car and public transportation, and it’s close to a shopping center.

- There were quite a few thistles on the property when we visited :-(
- There was a relatively large dog on the neighboring property that barked at us almost constantly :-(

If you want to explore Brno and its surrounding area, I highly recommend it. I was very satisfied. I’d especially like to mention that the property owner sent me instructional videos before my arrival explaining what to do and how to do it. 👍 See you again sometime, Martin.

děkujeme za hodnocení, musíme však některé uvedené informace uvést na pravou míru.
Voda byla během Vašeho pobytu plně funkční. Po jejím použití bohužel zůstal otevřený přívod, následkem čehož došlo k zatopení celé studny. Její uvedení zpět do pořádku nás následně stálo nemalé finanční prostředky. Nešlo tedy o nefunkční zařízení, ale o nepozornost při jeho používání.
Pozemek byl před Vaším příjezdem posekaný a udržovaný, což je vidět také na fotografii pořízené během pobytu. Jelikož jde o přírodní pozemek, nelze zejména v létě úplně zabránit výskytu několika bodláků nebo jiných rostlin.
Pes, kterého zmiňujete, patří nám a pohybuje se na bezpečně odděleném a oploceném pozemku. Přes den může běžně reagovat štěkáním na pohyb neznámých lidí v okolí, což je přirozené chování psa. V noci však venku vůbec nezůstává – pobývá a spí uvnitř domu.
Mrzí nás, že jste pobyt hodnotili pouze jedním srdcem. Domníváme se však, že takové hodnocení neodpovídá skutečnému stavu pozemku ani tomu, že voda byla funkční a následný problém vznikl jejím ponecháním v otevřeném stavu.
