- the grass is planted this year and we hope to have the remaining areas covered soon.
- We will hopefully have the fence finished by 12 June 2026 at the latest, but by the end of June it will be completely fenced.
- The roof over the kitchen is already finished and just needs a few last touches.
- The lighting is still only a project on paper.

Where do the property ratings come from?
Nice place at the end of the street, a few minutes walk from the water through the Junior camp. Hot water in the shower, flush toilet working, and a small fridge helped tremendously with our supplies... luxury camping by our standards. Noise from Junior campground was audible until nighttime, but when drunks weren't walking by it was so muffled that it didn't even disturb sleep. My only complaint might be for not having a roof over the kitchen, which would have taken the comfort up a notch. Fyi: take your drinking water, the tap water is very iron-like, the neighbor's dog and cat were running around the property.

The property is equipped with everything we needed, there is a kitchenette with basic utensils, a working clean fridge, shower with hot water, chemical toilet, fire pit. Access to the water is through the neighboring Juniorkemp, where there is a playground, 2 excellent restaurants, dog beach. Ideal for a visit with a dog. If you want to sit by the fire, we recommend bringing wood from home.
The land itself is fine, perhaps only the amount of roots made it a bit difficult to build a big tent. The facilities are great, with hot water running in the shower and sink. There is quite a bit of traffic around, there was a dog show going on in the next campsite during our visit and the constant yelling of the owners directly across the site really gets on our nerves after a while.
