If you’re looking for a spot in Nová Živohošť where it’s just you—and not a gazillion other people at the campground—then this is exactly the place. A fenced-in lot that’s perfect for letting your dogs run free (though if you have a tiny dog, it could probably squeeze under the entrance gate). Sure, you can hear visitors from the neighboring campground, and every now and then someone who’s had a few drinks walks by, so it’s not quite as quiet as being in the middle of the woods. But I’d say it’s the quietest spot for miles around. On the property, there’s a standard toilet, a shower with hot water, a sink with hot water, and a fridge. I’m just not sure if there’s a stove there, but I didn’t check—we have our own. It’s a short walk to the store, and on weekends it’s open until 8 p.m. (until 9 p.m. in July and August) and is well-stocked. Communication with the owner was great. We’ll definitely be back 👍👍👍

Hot water in the shower, flush toilet working, and a small fridge helped tremendously with our supplies... luxury camping by our standards. Noise from Junior campground was audible until nighttime, but when drunks weren't walking by it was so muffled that it didn't even disturb sleep. My only complaint might be for not having a roof over the kitchen, which would have taken the comfort up a notch. Fyi: take your drinking water, the tap water is very iron-like, the neighbor's dog and cat were running around the property.

Access to the water is through the neighboring Juniorkemp, where there is a playground, 2 excellent restaurants, dog beach. Ideal for a visit with a dog. If you want to sit by the fire, we recommend bringing wood from home.
