We arrived in the rain and left in even more rain and I must say that the land is really passable even in very bad weather. The aforementioned trains running around the property are incredibly quiet. They really don't disturb. On the contrary, they make this plot a very romantic place. An excellent starting point for a trip to the ruins of Sion Castle, or along the hiking trails along the Vrchlice River valley to Kutná Hora. The owner is a nice guy with a good heart, very helpful and kind.
Of course we recommend the land to everyone.

The land is well maintained, level and easily accessible. It is next to a little-used road and tracks, but the trains pass surprisingly very quietly and do not disturb at all. It is so quiet. A great advantage is the proximity of the fortress Malešov with a brewery and restaurant and also Kutná Hora, where it is only 10 minutes by car. Ondřej, the owner, is very helpful and friendly. Great place, definitely recommended!
