Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
Access to the property is along a firmer dirt road and further along the edge of the meadow. There is therefore the possibility of mud and puddles after rain.

The land is located near the Vranov Dam. It is possible to drive through the yellow road towards Bítov and Vranov.

Other activities
It is possible to arrange an excursion with a small local farmer who raises beef cattle. For a fee we can offer honey, home-made eggs or other products from the garden according to the season.
As the property is close to fields, meadows and woodland, it is really important to consider whether it is safe to build a fire. We would be happy to discuss this with guests in person, or under what conditions they can light a fire. Alternatively, we can bring a barrel of water or a fire extinguisher to the property by arrangement.

A beautiful spot near the forest that nature lovers will appreciate.
A very nice, well-maintained property, and the owner was a pleasure to deal with—I’d definitely recommend it. Thanks to the terraces, you really don’t disturb the other guests, which is great.
A beautiful, peaceful place, carefully maintained.
The place is beautiful—quiet, surrounded by nature—and the animals really did come out in the evening. The access road isn’t great for low-clearance cars, though. I don’t recommend sleeping in a rooftop tent; you can only drive up to the first spot, but if someone’s already there, you won’t be able to move on to the next one. That is, unless you have an off-road vehicle. In the end, we had to sleep a bit away from the property. Another issue is the bugs—we’ve been traveling nonstop for several years now, but the situation here is extreme. In the evening, you can’t even sit outside or make a cup of coffee—you’re immediately surrounded by huge swarms. So, arrive, and head straight into the tent. In the morning, it’s even worse. We couldn’t even pack our things. So just zip up and get out of there as fast as you can. Not even several types of insect repellent help 😂 For us, it’s the worst place so far, but only because of the bugs. The lady was pleasant and kind; she even offered to help us find another spot.
A secluded quiet place where the foxes say goodnight. We really liked it here. There are several places to pitch a tent. Fireplace with a pile of wood ready. If you dine quietly you can look forward to the visits of the animals 🙂
