Access to the property is along a firmer dirt road and further along the edge of the meadow. There is therefore the possibility of mud and puddles after rain.

It is possible to arrange an excursion with a small local farmer who raises beef cattle. For a fee we can offer honey, home-made eggs or other products from the garden according to the season.
As the property is close to fields, meadows and woodland, it is really important to consider whether it is safe to build a fire. We would be happy to discuss this with guests in person, or under what conditions they can light a fire. Alternatively, we can bring a barrel of water or a fire extinguisher to the property by arrangement.

A beautiful place to spend the night in the countryside. In the evening a fox, a hare and a doe came to say goodnight. Definitely recommend ;) a little more difficult to drive to the parking place.

Thank you for a wonderful four nights here. On the first day, a rabbit came to greet us. And on the first night, the fox came to say good night. It's a magical place. Oh, and repellents to go.😊
Beautiful grounds, grass cut, toilet clean. There was also firewood ready for the fire (we didn't use it). It was possible to hang a hammock. We only saw a few hikers walking along the dirt road the whole stay. There are plenty of places to place the tent so that it is in the shade. The view is into the opposite forest and meadow. Beautiful! For swimming we recommend the biotope in Jemnice.
Everything was great, away from people and amazing nature. Totally private.
