The land is located next to a farmhouse with a yard, which is permanently occupied by a senior couple. Part of the interior is sporadically rented out to guests, but there is no need to worry about noise - the owners want their peace and the guests tend to be families with children, plus the property is large enough that noises from inside cannot be heard.
Chickens (in an enclosed run) and geese (on the grassy area by the pond) are kept on the property. The geese can occasionally be loud and seem aggressive, but they are not afraid of people and are not intrusive (and there are still places available for the tent where the geese are not). In the evening they are locked in the coop with the hens (and quietened down). In the morning, the occasional crowing of a rooster is to be expected.
The tent can be pitched either in one of the two orchards, on the grassy area by the pond or by the concrete water tank. The caravan can be parked on one of the two driveways or along the road above the pond.

Currently on the property
Kittens and goslingsAbout the middle of May, we had a cat. We have four kittens and we will be happy to show them to you. At the end of May, three goslings hatched at the same time and can also be seen. However, the geese are more aggressive because of their protection. Depending on where you choose to camp, we may confine them to a different part of the property during your stay.
toilet
- Dry toilet ("kadibudka"), accessible even in the absence of the owner (and locked yard). We cannot guarantee the availability of toilet paper.
drinking water
- After agreement with the owner, it is possible to draw water directly from the sink or from the garden hose. This is water from the well.
electricity
- It is possible to throw the extension cord out of the window or leave small electrical devices inside to recharge after agreement with the owner. Electricity fee of 20 CZK applies only for the use of small electrical equipment (chargers, radios, hairdryers, etc.). If you need to use more energy-intensive equipment (e.g. direct current heaters), the price is 100 CZK.
shower / washroom
- It is possible to use the solar shower in the yard after agreement with the owner (however, you have to take into account the lack of privacy - the shower is in the middle of the yard and has no screens). The pond and the concrete water tank are not very suitable for washing because of the purity of the water (but there are no essential oils in them, so they can be used for refreshment).

Greywater (shower, washing)
- On the property there are a few gullies into which the waste water from the property is led. The grey water just needs to be poured into one of them. Further information can be given by email or phone after booking or on arrival at the site.
Chemical toilet
- After agreement with the owner, it is possible to pour the chemical toilet into the toilet in the house, provided that you do not use "blue" chemicals (the waste of the property is solved by septic tank and subsequent discharge into the field).
Trouble-free arrival even in bad weather
The property can be reached by an asphalt road. During the winter months, maintenance by the road administration may be lacking.
Restriction of the access road
It is a standard single lane road without shoulder.
cycling
There are several interesting places for a cycling trip in the surroundings. For example the castle Kratochvíle or the castle Helfenburg.
fishing
Carp and grass carp are planted in the pond. Catching is possible, but the fish must not be killed and must be returned to the water.
water sports
It is possible to get wet in a small pond on the property, in a concrete water tank (also on the property) or in one of several ponds in the area (see map).
hiking
The surroundings are quite nice and suitable for a walk. There are no marked hiking trails in the area, but the network of forest, dirt and paved paths is quite dense.
Animals
Majitel chová slepice (včetně kohouta), husy, kočky a psa (zlatá kolie). Necíleně se zde vyskytují mimo jiné žáby a myši :-)
We prefer NOT to allow dogs as pets for their protection. The owner's dog is friendly, but he sometimes does not get along well with some other dogs. If you have another pet and are able to ensure that it does not damage the garden (for example by digging), disturb the surroundings or leave a mess, you can bring it along at your own risk (and free of charge).

We found the place well. Communication with the maitre d' was wonderful, proactive. Upon arrival we were taken care of including a bonus like fruit from the orchard. We experienced pets, fire rising and sunset. Highly recommended!
