Our property is located in a secluded area outside the village of Říčany near Brno, right next to a beautiful natural swimming area (200 m).
The property is spacious and planted with fruit trees and shrubs; it is well-maintained and mowed regularly.
You’ll find two seating areas here, one of which is next to an outdoor grill, as well as plenty of shaded spots for tents. Both the seating areas and the grill are available to campers and cottage guests alike.
The property slopes gently down toward the stream, but there are also flat spots for tents and RVs/campers.
On weekends, we’re happy to offer homemade breakfasts (reservations required at least 24 hours in advance). Once you’ve made your reservation, we’ll send you the current breakfast menu. Breakfast on weekdays is available by arrangement.
Check-in is available from 12:00 PM; check-out is by 2:00 PM.
The property is 5 km from the Brno Circuit.
It’s also close to Bahňák Pond in Říčky (2 km), where there’s a kiosk with excellent snacks, and dogs can swim in the adjacent pond.

Where do the property ratings come from?
A really nice, secluded spot on a gentle slope (if you don't want to park among the trees) (I recommend bringing leveling chocks). It has everything you need. For me, that means a spot and a restroom. We recommend it.
A very pleasant and peaceful setting, with clean facilities. We were very happy with our stay here with the kids—there are great things to do in the area. We appreciated the improvements to the water facilities and look forward to more! :)

A nice, quiet spot, close to a swimming area with a great kiosk and good 8° Vodoměrka beer (the 10° and 12° weren’t as good). Fireflies fly around in the evening :-)
At one point, there were four groups of us staying in the cabin, and I think that’s already pushing the plot’s capacity, since it’s sloped (it’s big enough, but there aren’t many flat areas). With this many people and the heat, it would be good to have some sawdust to cover the outhouses. The campground could use one more garden grill for campers. The one that’s there is part of the cabin’s terrace, and in my opinion, it should be reserved for the cabin guests so as not to disturb them.
Dogs are not allowed to swim at Bahňák (you can bathe dogs right below it in Splávek, but that spot is now mostly for dogs); the local kiosk looks nice, but don’t order the utopence or hermelín.

We chose this spot as our first camping destination for our two four-year-old children and their first experience sleeping in a tent. I think the kids’ reaction said it all—they were absolutely thrilled.
The campground is in a secluded area where no cars drive by and nothing disturbs the peaceful atmosphere. The location near the nature reserve is absolutely fantastic—it’s an easy walk away, and swimming there is simply wonderful. Personally, I have to give a shout-out to the food at the swimming area—I had a chicken burger there, and I have to say, it was truly impressive; any restaurant would be proud of this experience.
There are two well-maintained restrooms on the grounds. In my opinion, it’s definitely worth the trip.
