I offer for rent a quiet plot of land in a secluded area below the village of Svatý Ján. It is located on a sunny slope with a beautiful view of the Klet's peak and breathtaking sunsets. Ideal place for those who seek privacy, nature and tranquility. Within walking distance is the ruins of Velešín Castle and natural swimming under the Římov reservoir.
On the plot there is electricity, water from the well and a flat place suitable for comfortable parking of a caravan or erecting a tent. Camping is possible on the entire plot of 2 thousand m2. The access is on a paved road - no problems even for a larger motorhome. It is possible to build a fire in a portable fireplace, wood is available on site.

- The grey water can be poured onto the grass on the property (assuming you use environmentally friendly washing products).

- Chemical toilets can be flushed for a small fee at the nearby Bistro Libra restaurant. Bistro Libra is about 7.4 km away.
Trouble-free arrival even in bad weather
Two paved driveways lead to the property - one upper, the other lower. Access is possible from both sides, even in rainy weather. ?️ In wet weather: Even in inclement weather, access to the property is trouble-free, both roads are paved and passable. Moving around the property itself can be slightly more difficult in prolonged rain due to waterlogging, but with a little care everything is manageable.
Restriction of the access road
Residential cars up to 3m high have no problem, but it is possible that they will lightly touch the ceiling against 2 or 3 trees when approaching in both directions.

I have long considered how to value this land. A beautiful place with great potential, but left fallow. When you arrive at the site you will see from the banner on the property that the land is for sale. There are two spots on the large grassy area which is down a slight hill where some of the topsoil has been torn off so that you can park on the level. We have been lucky it has been dry, I would not like to see what it looks like when it is wet. We parked at the top of the lot where the owner has facilities in a wooden house. That being said, there is a camera on the little house which doesn't bring much comfort to a campless camp. In the evening, the sensor light starts working, so you are constantly "illuminated" when moving in the lighting corridor We are campless campers who are self-sufficient, so we did not take advantage of the possibility of connecting to El. or the hidden fireplace. A place with a beautiful view, on the outskirts of the village, but neglected. We are travelers and so for exploring the area, as a starting point for bike trips and hiking was fully sufficient for us.

Nice and well-kept place, adjacent to the house, from which the plot can be seen. We were also surprised by the camera on the little house in the corner of the property, not sure where it was looking, but it was not pleasant. On the other hand, nadherny view of the sunset behind Klet and Mr. owner after the message very pleasant and helpful.
The place was really beautiful and especially quiet. In the evening a beautiful view of Klet' at sunset. Our stop was only for one night, but we couldn't resist and the next morning we went for at least a small walk to the ruins of Velešín Castle to the Římov Dam and we postponed our departure until noon instead of the morning ;-). Really beautiful surroundings. The owner is friendly, responds to questions promptly. We recommend.
