The toilet and the grey water is discharged into the attached waste hose. The place is near a busy road, but at night there is not so much traffic that it disturbs people. We slept like a dead man. 500m to a petrol station for the essentials and 1km to a shop.
Definitely recommend the place, I would go here again.

It is a good place to spend the night, ideal as a starting point for a hike up Lysá hora. You could hear the noise from the road, but not so much that it would make it impossible to sleep. As we were with our dog, we were a bit disappointed that the fence was not around the whole property and so we couldn't let the dog loose. Still, we recommend the place, it has everything you need for a caravan 🙂 .
